Really good group of guys, got my 08 Ford escape in and out, didn’t try to force an upsell and only offered once on upsells. Professional, courteous, and fairly priced. Chad is a good guy. Keep it up. Will be coming back here from now on 😊

Great group of employees working together but still having their own individual job to do for you I particularly went on a lady's day which our Tuesdays which I think is so sweet that somebody still has a special day for us ladies with that being sad it takes a little bit more patience I've assured for these workers which they did and they were professional they didn't try to sell me on anything they only the shared what their knowledge of knowing in their business I was quick I would Absolutely go back again Add well spread the word to my peeps. And thank you so much and this business is in good hands for whoever owns this business they should get a raise. See you when my miles are up to get a next oil change again thank you and have a great day And before I left I caught a Croatian and I got a discount so sweet so appreciate that every little bit helpsince this is not our area of specialty for sure it. The people here are so good. They checked my oil and said it was clean and told me I didn’t need an oil change. They definitely earned my respect for a return visit!

These guys have been my go to for 7 years now. Chad and his team are the friendliest and best customer service in town.. They are the gold standard for forward facing services. I wish they could teach more folks on kindness, attentive, friendly and courteous behavior.

This is the only place I trust to get my oil changed! They do a great thorough job! They check everything and they're very knowledgeable as well. They tell me everything that is coming up and give me all the options of maintenance they can do. They do a ladies day discount on Tuesdays and usually have a rose or a carnation to give the ladies. My only complaint would be the traffic around the location. It can be difficult to get in and out of here with the amount of traffic on the roads. Other than that it's fantastic! The service is quick and complete and the staff are all great people!

Drove up and there was one vehicle in front of me. I drove in the bay and they went to work. They let me use my own oil additive in my diesel truck (2-quarts) which saved me the price of 2-quarts of oil. The whole time I'm in the truck, watching the oil change. They went through the recommended maintenance/service schedule. Offered wiper blades, and hit the door hinges with oil. Offered to do a safety check (lights/horn/etc.) They were fast, efficient, polite.

This is the only place I've used in Medford for the oil, wiper blades, and tail lights in 5 separate vehicles a Honda, Ford, Nissan, Chrysler, and a Hyundai. Techs are extremely professional and polite. They always go above and beyond expectations. They're not pushy salespeople when it comes to dealing with them which is a big plus.

I went in and was immediately greeted and told what was available, made my choices and was told approximately 20 minutes until my jeep would be ready. Went for a walk around the area with my 6 year old son and came back a few minutes early. The guys that were handling my oil change showed me my air filter- how bad it was- offered to replace it on the spot for $15. Also informed me a reverse light was out and they could also replace it if I wanted. I did since I keep forgetting to take care of it. They checked everything and said all was good. No pressure sales whatsoever! They were really cool with my son and his bazillion questions and curiosity about the pit! Awesome service and even better were each employee there! Also they let me show them a 7$ coupon on my phone which I had not printed and they honoured it anyway! Super happy with everything there and would highly recommend them to everyone. I will be a returning customer! Thanks guys 😊

I love the service I receive here! Tuesday is lady's day which means $5 off any regular priced service. These guys caught an error with the intake hose that leads to the air filter and fixed it, which ended up making the check engine light turn off. I couldn't be happier with the service I get here.

The guys always do a great job. If there is a mistake, the manager makes it right. Very helpful.

Best place in Medford for oil change and free car wash (Creater Lake Car Wash coupon with certain packages) with even better staff. Always friendly, knowledgeable and they take great care of your vehicle. Tuesdays are Ladies Day, $5 off and a flower!

I just love getting my oil changed here. The gentleman that work here are very helpful and explain everything to me. They are fast and very thorough. I won't go anywhere else.

I'm posting this on behalf of my boyfriend who had his oil changed here. Everyone was super helpful and so attentive. They go above and beyond, there was a little bit of a language barrier but they were patient and understanding. Highly recommended

I went through here about 2 on a Monday afternoon and David was exceptionally helpful. And even help me reset my oil change in the computer. Definitely recommended it was fast and easy. As well as affordable.
