Sims Self Storage

Bunny is an amazing manager to work with. Their storage unit facility is professionally maintained, clean and secure.

Sim's self storage is set back and nestled between Midas and Rent A Center off Central Ave so it made it for a slight challenge locating it. Small storage facility overall. The units were quite clean. The management was helpful, polite, and pleasant. Decent rates as well. Only open though from 6am-7pm 365days a year. Office hours 10am-3pm.

When my husband died I didn't know which storage business he had put our stuff in, drove all over town from place to place and finally found it. I was a couple months late in payments and they hadn't even locked me out and were very understanding and helpful, so I could access the unit. I didn't even know the password or have the key to the lock.

The prices were great. Friendly staff. And when I cleared out 7 days before my month was up, they gave me a REFUND for those days!! Amazing folks!

Clean, secured and reasonably priced. Good customer service.

Used several years. Enjoy the thoughtful office staff.

I've had a storage unit there for years. Their office hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. M - F & an electronic gate with a key pad, with access from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. in the summer. They have 5' x 10' up to 10' x 20' units. There are units that open to the outside and inside units. There are no lights in the units, however there are outlets. There are however lights in the inner hallways and water faucets at the corners of the buildings, trash cans and a dumpster. They're generally full so you should call first.

Do NOT store any valuables there if you ever want to see them again. In 4 months of renting a unit we have been robbed 2 times. Safer to leave your stuff on a curb. BUT they are always very sorry so that is nice.
