Best Western Horizon Inn

Easy on off the highway, friendly desk people and clean comfortable room, at a great price. I'd forgotten I've stayed here before and it was as pleasant of a stay then.
I get a bit nervous at this price point glad I stayed here.
Highly recommended!

A party of 5 including myself rented a hotel across the street initially. When the wifi went out for half the town during the big winter storm at the beginning of 2024, we couldn't get booked into our rooms at said hotel across the street.

We got into to Medford at around 3:45 am. It was really cold and we were very tired from driving for 12 hours. We drove across to the Best Western Medford to be greeted by a super helpful and understanding concierge. She (by some miracle) hadn't closed check in for the night yet!!

We were able to book two rooms for ourselves! The rooms were clean, organized, well stocked, and smelled really nice upon entering. The staff on site was super helpful in helping us book our rooms again the following morning, to continue weathering out the storm and get some much needed rest. The on site security staff was also very vigilant and friendly.

The hotel staff at this location were very supportive and gave us extra toiletries, and quarters for our long traveled laundry. The staff were so friendly and kind. I highly recommend this location for a comfortable and safe stay.

Great place to stay when we are in Medford for all the medical appts. Like a home room away from home, its a comfort place in need. Great staff, good breakfast. Thankyou BW

The hotel was just off the freeway, the rooms clean and well-provisioned. Staff was helpful, friendly and very responsive. Breakfast was a wide assortment of options including hot eggs and meat. We love Best Western and the value you get when staying here.

The young lady at check-in was named Monique. I'm 72 and have stayed in plenty of hotels and motels. She was as good or better than any I've done business with. Best Western is very fortunate to have her in their employment.
Also, their complimentarily breakfast was way better than I expected, in fact it was great.
Having a Black Bear Diner in the same parking lot is another benefit of staying there.

I just placed a bit of a complex reservation. Monique was awesome. She was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable...it is very nice to know the place we are staying is staffed by competent individuals. I can post on the hotel later. :)

Great location awesome breakfast, with plenty of turn out freshness . Great coffee. Very comfortable. The beds were a little hard though. I have a bad back and couldn't sleep most of the night, but I put that on my own fault, for not bringing a soft pad that I usually have to bring.

This is an excellent place to stay with easy access on/off the freeway. The facilities were maintained in excellent condition and the staff were friendly and efficient. A good night's sleep at the end of a long day of driving!

Definitely my default go to for staying in the area. Good pool area, vending machines and of course the free Best Western breakfast makes it even better. I've only encountered good staff and friendly service. Parking can sometimes be peculiar. Room are clean, bathtubs are a bit wide so nice to use. Didn't get 'freebies' for being a platinum member like they're should've been - but definitely not a deal breaker. Very nice overall.

Great check-in service, had a upstairs room, but I was having outpatient procedure the next day and knew I couldn't climb the stairs after my procedure. The gal at the front desk was more than happy to accommodate me with a lower level room. Room was nice and clean! Everything you need is there, microwave, refrigerator, TV, mini coffee maker, blow dryer, mini toiletries, iron and ironing board. They offer a great breakfast/brunch until 10 am. A wonderful hot tub. Check out was just as friendly. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for a great stay!

Very clean, well-maintained hotel with parking to accommodate oversized vehicles.

I really liked their service. I stayed there for the night with my two puppies and we didn't have any issues. Staff was helpful, friendly and responsive. I arrived at around midnight and they helped me quickly. The room was clean and quiet with access to a heater. Parking was near the room and easily accessible. Check out was quick.

My room was designed for handicap & was one of the best I've stayed in. The shower was designed for someone in a wheelchair. I do not use a wheelchair but do have mobility issues. They had a chair I could use which made me feel safe. I not only recommend this Best Western but plan to stay there on all my future road trips. And to Best Western, thank you for being so considerate of your handicap guests.

Large clean room with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Plenty of hot water and pressure was excellent. Hotel shares parking lot with a fantastic restruant.

Well cared for BW Inn Medford.The rooms and property are clean and well maintained, beds comfortable and serves a great breakfast. Staff show a sense of pride and hospitality. I had a sense that there was oversight on hiring and managing staff to be their best. My stay was affordable and comfortable. I would definitely come back. This stay was better than other hotels I had paid more for.
The receptionist welcomed me, provided a map and explained the grounds, and locations of ice, pet area and breakfast times and location. As members we received a cool bottle of water.
I would want travelers from all over the world to stay here at this BW to get a slice of America's hospitality.
After being on the road and having a variety of experiences during my travels this BW provided a little more effort to make my stay here better.Kudos to all the staff!

Front desk staff was super nice, room was clean, air conditioning worked, nice king bed.

We had a fantastic stay! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. The pool was fun for the kiddos. We really enjoyed our stay and will book again when we stay in Medford.

Easy convenient big clean rooms could maybe be not so strong on the smell good for the room, some folks have allergies and to much flares th up, but my pooch Thor & I enjoyed our stay. They have black lights for night lights makes the shrubs look really cool. Definitely will stay again. Nice stay over just to get away 🙂

The girls at the front desk Taylor, Nicole, and Monique were friendly, efficient, helpful, and provided excellent customer service! Also, Tony the manager was very accommodating during our stay at best western! I want to give a shout out to Jaunita, she was the best! Always asking if I needed anything, (my favorite house keeper) always friendly and did a thorough job, she deserves a raise. Breakfast was good, pet friendly, and clean. There’s a huge dog park across the street, and stores walking distance. Nice little walking area by the Bear Creek to enjoy.

Clean, reasonable, Desk help great, rates for people going to hospital nearby, and a stable restaurant in their parking lot.
