Comfort Inn Medford South

After working a long shift and being unable to get home an hour away due to winter storm, we booked a room late at night no problem, check in was quick, staff friendly and pleasant.
Room was well equipped for needs and lightly, but tastefully decorated.
Assigned a quiet room to get some much needed rest and hot shower.
Quick breakfast available with pool and hot tub.
Great place for cheap.

Great place, close to everything...even a park. Their complimentary breakfast is a full on hot serve yourself buffet. We had our 2 little dogs with us and they even got a special dog bag with treats! Will come back again if we come this way!

rented a room just to take a shower and ended up not being able to use it and was in room 5 minutes before checking back out. Very understanding staff and gave full refund due to the circumstances. Room looked nice and clean and so was lobby. Staff very pleasant.

Amazing staff !!! Not only did they let me check in early after a very long drive from Alabama. They all helped me unlock my truck to retrieve my keys I locked inside... Thank you guys so much... Your awesome

The cleanness of the hotel is amazing. The staff is amazing, the prices are amazing. My favorite place to stay when I'm in Medford. Pool and Hot tube are amazing. Breakfast hot or cold. Yummy food, waffles, cereal, hot and cold, omelets, sausage bacon, b8squits and gravy, yogurt, bagels, English Muffins, toast, juice mill, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

This was a good place to spend the night while on the road. The breakfast was decent. Room was clean. I would return.

Rooms are perfect for our needs. This time the closest doors were off, but she gave us the room without reservations, so I can't complain about that.

Good spot on interstate 5 to take a rest for a night. Lots of good restaurants nearby and a good clean place to spend the night.

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel stay !! The rooms were above my expectation, the complimentary breakfast was tasty with a wide variety. The staff was all helpful and kind. I would like to point out Brenda at the front desk, she was very understanding to our situation from our travels from California and it meant a lot to us how nice she was. Thank you Brenda and thank you to the comfort inn for a great and memorable stay !! Highly recommend.

Stayed here twice on our trip to and from Vancouver BC. Quiet, clean, comfortable rooms at a good price. Good breakfast too. Great Mexican Restaurant in the mall next door.

Our room was clean, the staff was absolutely fantastic, probably the best experience with hotel staff I have had. The staff member who was making the delicious breakfast went above and beyond for my granddaughter who has special dietary needs, she cooked separate food for her and she didn't have to do that! Overall, I will definitely stay there again, and I definitely recommend to anyone who is wondering about this hotel, it won't disappoint! We were tired from traveling the entire day and it was so nice that we were able to have a hassle free rest before continuing on our journey!! Thank you Comfort Inn Medford South!!! A+ from us!!!

2 Mins off I-5. I travel a lot and I must say that this motel is one of the best! I am not going to list all the nice things but just know that the staff makes top of the line better. Night/ morning person Lila is so absolutely sweet and idk the afternoon lady's name but she made fresh cookies. And... 99$ you can't beat. Stop here when going over Shasta.

The staff is great and very helpful! Great breakfast. Room was very clean and great location. RV parking is very limited! The worst part is that the park next to the hotel is filled with junkies and makes you feel unsafe about parking your vehicle. If I had known that Veterans Park was filled with junkies, I never would have stay at this hotel. But staff was great at helping us get parking so we could see our RV from our room. I feel sorry that this hotel has to deal with that maddness!

I have been to thousands of hotels in my 25 year career as a mover. I have never seen a front desk agent out cleaning and fixing doors to keep up to the standards set by hotels.. I feel Daniel went above and beyond duties required of him. He made casual conversation and was concerned yet informative on my weather report for my return trip.. I will be staying here again because of what Daniel represents as representative of a national hotel chain.. thank you Daniel.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. Very, very nice.
The room was very clean and was great looking, the bed was really comfortable.
Breakfast was nice and enjoyed chatting with other guests.
I stayed 4 nights and it was really great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Just want to say thank you to Brenda, Manny, and the head house keeper for helping me locate and mail back my eyeglasses that I forgot in my room.

It’s been a bit of a wild goose chase for me, with several follow-up phone calls both to the hotel and to the UPS store, with the latter having trouble locating the package that was dropped off almost a month ago.

Fortunately, I got to the bottom of the mystery today as UPS people finally found my package today after multiple previously unsuccessful attempts. It turned out my phone number on the packing slip was misspelled, with a couple of digits being flipped and that’s why they couldn’t reach me when the package was originally dropped off.

Regardless, I’m thankful to the hotel staff for helping me out and double checking that the package was indeed dropped off. This allowed me to be persistent with my multiple calls to UPS.

Lastly, my stay at the Comfort Inn was pleasant and the location is very convenient for anyone doing a road trip and needing an overnight rest stop.

The room and facilities were clean and the staff was terrific. I’m sad to say I didn’t get any of their names but each one was helpful and smiling.
The bed was comfortable and the pool was warm and clean. Since our stay at this hotel we’ve stayed in two other branded hotels and have been very disappointed.

I am most happy to provide a 5 star rating. The desk staff was very friendly and professional. The entire place is spotless clean. Rooms are well equipped with Refig with small freezer. Micowave, Nice comfortable chair, small desk. In our case my partner required a handicap room. It was well located close to the breakfast room. I so appreciated the luggage carts available in the entry to help me unload our things to the room. Bed was very comfortable not to hard and again spotless. The breakfast in the morning was the nicest we had on our three day trip. Bacon, eggs, lots of fresh fruit choices even waffles you make on the spot. A treat! I have never stayed in a Comfort Inn before but this particular one will always be our first choice. If all Comfort Inns are this nice then we are on. We stayed in a Best Western in Stockton Calif that was the worst experience we have ever encountered. . So travelers please beware of that one!

This hotel is only rated at 2 stars, which is unfair. The facility was clean, modern, and quiet. Manny and his staff were friendly, helpful and made my wife and I feel very comfortable while staying there.
Manny went out of his way to supply us with a king bed room, which was necessary because I'm 6'4...
The indoor pool and spa were wonderful, and the free breakfast was excellent.
We told Manny how great his establishment was, and that we plan on staying there again in the future.

Rooms have recently been refreshed at this property. Everything is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is typical and easy to find items of Interest. This is a great setting for walking to local Goodwill, Harry & David, and grocery store. The staff have been very nice. I usually stay at this chain and this is one of my better experiences.
