Medford Cycle Sport

I am new to cycling. During the process of researching bikes before my purchase at Cycle Sport, I picked up on the importance of finding a shop where I would find ongoing support. From the first day I walked in to Cycle Sport, I knew this was the shop for me. Throughout the process everyone was so kind and easygoing. Then with my purchase, Jake went above and beyond to help me with an issue with Trek, while Sparky maintained a solid support so I did not miss the joy and significance of my having joined the cycling community! What a great experience - thank you.

I highly recommend these guys! They have excellent customer service, helped me find my perfect bike, have completed repairs for me on the spot and are kind and extremely helpful every time I go in.

If I could rate this place higher than five stars, I would honest owners quality shop, always do great work on my bike please go out and support small businesses

I would highly recommend cycle sport. This is the first time we used their services. My husband has three custom bicycles. We initially dropped off two bikes for routine maintenance and were pleased. Prior to payment the representative summarize services and gave us a detailed printed receipt. He loaded both bikes into the truck for me!

We will post another update after we bring his third bike. :)

A great shop! They helped me assemble my new bike and were super helpful in getting everything adjusted. I’ll definitely return in the future!

Alex and crew are knowledgeable and wonderful people I’ve relied on for a few repairs and regular maintenance. Their passion for cycling empowers their continued expertise and thoughtful care in recommending just the right products and services for each customer.

Medford Cycle Sport helped tune-up my Pinarello. Which consisted of new handlebar tape and cables (PINK💕) plus a *new* used freehub body but most importantly I got my clipless pedals on! All the employees there are very knowledgeable and helpful.

We love this shop! They have a passion for cycling and for great customer service! The owner and staff are a wealth of knowledge and expertise for purchasing, maintaining and repairing anything to do with cycling at competitive pricing. Highly recommended!

I recently made the journey to become healthier by selling my car and investing in my first quality bicycle. I decided to go to Cyclesport because it is close to my house. Upon everything I met the nicest and warmest man “Alex aka Sparky” who spent the next hour going over all the details of a new bike with me. Alex was so knowledgeable and patient with such a warm personality and kind heart it genuinely motivated me. He helped me pick the right fit and spent time going over my big decision. His empowerment made me feel comfortable taking on this journey as he went over every detail to make my ride comfortable. Alex you’re an amazing man and I know you’re going to be a beautiful Father! Cycle sport is a little spendy but you’re getting quality and knowledge which is invaluable. ☺

The best staff in town (and even the surrouding towns!) Love this bike shop for their service.

I came in today to purchase a bike but I know very little about them! I told the staff (Ellie) what I was looking for and she was extremely helpful. She ran me through all of the options and explained the differences between each of them. She even showed me how to take the wheel off and helped load it in my car! It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

Our experience with Medford Cycle Sport has been a “10”. Their customer service is great, they don’t sell you what you don’t need and their repair/maintenance is timely.

These guys are AWESOME. They don't care what expertise level you walk in with. I always leave there having learned something. That is appreciated:)

Quick. Effective. Experts. I am thankful for these guys. I rely on my bike and they always do a great job in an amazingly quick clip.

I have never experienced such genuine and prompt customer service. This is an excellent shop whether you need simple advice or high quality cycling gear. The shop owner and employees are at the top of their game, and as friendly as could be. I recently went through an extensive custom order and they worked with me in an extremely timely and cost efficient manner, and excelled far beyond what I ever could ask for when meeting my custom needs. I highly recommend this shop! Their Ashland and Medford locations are very convenient and easy to get to, not to mention prices are fair, and the environment is up to date and pleasant. I will always be giving Cycle Sport my business from here on out.

Nice shop. Helpful staff. Huge store with a lot of mountain bike selection.

Tried ordering a rooftop car carrier and the price was extremely high and they wanted near another hundred dollars for shipping. I'd go here if you're considering one off the brands they carry. I'd go to rei for the other stuff.

I thought my bike chain was loose, however it ended up having a broken link. Medford Cycle Sport Fixed it quick,for a great price and really went the extra length just to help me out!! Thank you for your excellent customer service!! I will most definitely be back if i need a repair, or maybe even an upgrade to one of your fancy new bikes on display!

Staff were very helpful and professional when our daughter blew a tube in her bike. They replaced the tube and aired them to the correct pressure in less than 15 minutes. While repairing her tires, the employees educated her about proper maintenance and possible fixes for future issues. I would highly recommend Medford Cycle for any cycle enthusiasts!
