Courtyard by Marriott Lexington North

Probs the cleanest room I've been in for quite some time. Front desk and Bistro peeps are super kind, happy, and helpful. Shared spaces are nicely decorated and equally as comfy.

My kids spring break plans got canceled last min sadly, so I wanted to surprise them with a mini getaway where we ended up here in Lexington for a couple days. Upon check in Marcelo N greeted us with a friendly smile making us feel very welcomed. Marcelo asked what we were in town for and after explaining our mini surprise getaway he gave us lots of fun places to try, local coffee shops, good pizza places, and some fun places to let the kids play some games and ride some rides. Every time we went past the desk Marcelo made sure to ask us about our time and see if we had tried any of the places he suggested to us. I have never felt so welcomed before!! Thank you Marcelo for your great customer service and helping us enjoy it time in Lexington!!!

Kim the Ops manager is awesome. Great smile and personality, professional, accommodating. Our company hosted a small event at their location, They took great care of us and made us feel welcome. Facecilities are clean and inviting you can't go wrong staying here or hosting a local corporate event. Thanks Kim and Team!

OMG! Where should I begin? Marcello at the front desk is AMAZING! The room was huge, clean, and had a safe ambiance. The staff was very friendly and took great care of us! We will definitely be back! Today in fact!

This hotel was something special when first opened. While some of the decor is a little dated, it's by far the best value for the level of service and room quality I've found!

Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean and a very convenient distance to Rupp! Definitely recommend for our next stay!!!

Room was clean and the bed was super comfy. After arriving early in the morning after a 7 hour drive we decided to choose this location and Sharon was there to greet me at 5am with a smile on her face and was extremely accommodating, we talked about being from Chicago and she mentioned she knows the drive because she has family there. Overall for price point and service it was excellent would definitely stay here again.

This hotel gets six stars from me they have the best hospitality services that you could only dream of. I was treated like royalty for the time I stayed here it was just amazing. The food is awesome very spectacular the rooms oh my God..... very comfortable and clean. I would recommend anybody to come here. Keisha Barnes was the cook and bar entertainer just fabulous.

Lovely hotel but could use some updates. The rooms was clean but the carpet needs a lil attention. I didn't see a clock in the room either, not sure if it was just my room or what. I was utilizing the clock on the microwave. I did like that the room had a balcony. Next time I'll ask for a room overlooking the "courtyard" and not the parking lot. It was a thoughtful touch to have a small to go snack for airline crew. There's also a Starbuck service here at the Bistro Restaurant.

Nice clean rooms with friendly staff. Rooms had refrigerator, microwave and smart tvs. Only negative was that we were there on a Sunday with no food options. The restaurant was closed and nothing nearby. Take a taxi to Manchester, about 2 miles away for the local hangout spot.

I travel 26 days of the month for business. While out in Lexington with my my 10 yo autistic son. Tragedy befell us. We had to have a family member. Reserve and pay for our room. While we were extremely shaken up by the days horrible events. Upon arriving where met by the most attentive staff. My son was extremely upset. His mental disability was in full swing. These two ladies...went beyond expectations.. so kind and supportive to help.. Where most cringe at dealing with people with mental disabilities... These angels jumped in to soothe and comfort him...
By far the best experience I have ever had at any Marriott..

I would like to ADD one thing and it's not a big deal everyone one has an off day but I've worked customer service for years and when u have someone working the front desk I wouldn't have someone who is tired and off their game in the front and having a manager come in and have to speak to someone over the phone and say to the front desk employee YOU JUST HAVE TO BE FORCE FULL in front of paying customers. You might want to wait till the customer have left the lobby. But our stay was great and the place was very clean and all the other staff was great and friendly and went out of their way to help. 5 stars

This is an amazing hotel IMO! The staff was extremely courteous, the room was clean, nice,large, comfortable and cozy! They even have little balcony's outside of each room for smoking outside. There's a pool,sauna, Netflix,and a kings breakfast! Definitely going to return here whenever I can. And it is affordable as well! Two thumbs up guys, well done!

Great stay, staff was very accommodating and helpful given the current epidemic. Even opened the pool for us before checkout so the kids could swim before our drive. The rooms were clean and well appointed, the bedding very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Jeff is the best. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Food in the bistro was excellent and a very good selection of adult beverages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location! Very clean and well taken care of property. The beds are about the best in the hotel industry. Not to soft not to hard. It's the little things like the types of soaps they use to how the room is laid out. This was a great choice for our night in Lexington!
