Holiday Inn Express & Suites Medford-Central Point, an IHG Hotel

Absolutely would give this place more stars if I could! The employees were very kind and welcoming, they were very attentive and speedy. The room we had was so amazing, it was big, clean, and surprisingly quiet for being on the side closest to the highway. We did notice that the doors can get pretty loud sometimes if people let them slam. The pool was packed but the towels stayed stocked up, the only thing we noticed was the bubbler wasn't working for the hot tub but that's not really a big deal at all. The breakfast was superb, nice healthy options and the great room was beautiful and more spacious than you would think! Overall made my trip to Oregon 15/10 stars and I will be greatly recommending this hotel!

Clean. Good service. Good breakfast. All the traffic from the Pilot truck stop has pretty much taken over the entire street which really complicates getting to and from the hotel.

Was a stopping point on a multi day very long road trip. Was very clean checked the beds they also were clean had breakfast in the morning beds comfortable would stay again

Room was neat and clean, bed was comfortable. Internet was also decent, not amazing, but 6mb and 8 ping works for most things. Breakfast was a step above normal hotel fare, good bacon, those folded omelettes and larger than normal yoghurts. The sausage patties were dull little grey disks of sadness, but who cares, the bacon was great! Lots of lighting in the parking lot, but lots of foliage blocking it as well. Probably still safer for your vehicle than anywhere in Portland. Will definitely stay again.

The staff was great and the rooms were clean. The pool was full and so we didn't get to use it on this trip it would be nice if pool was open longer past 10pm. Breakfast was great!

Don't be fooled by the 2 star-
The staffs are super sweet and nice.
The rooms may not be the best but it's definitely comfortable.

Exceptional location, no getting lost here. Close to everything, Ashland, Medford, Grants Pass, cut off to the coast, Jacksonville concerts, I could go on. The motel has nice clean rooms, good breakfast and nice fresh strawberry water, yum.

This newer hotel is a 10-minute drive to the airport and has many fast food options within walking distance. There are other options within a short drive.

The staff was kind and got us checked in quickly. They even put together a to-go breakfast bag since I had an early departure the next morning. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean as well with a shower-tub combo

My room faced the highway. There was a little bit of car noise so if you’re a light sleeper I would recommend to request a room on the other side of the hotel.

The hotel had a mask policy in place while in the hotel but could be removed while eating and drinking. All the the amenities were open during my stay.

They offered me a late check out and a crib! I've been traveling with a baby for a month and no place has offered that! Everything in the room was super nice though the room itself was a little small compared to other holiday inn expresses I've stayed in. The location was right off the freeway and was ready to find.

Great service. Great CLEAN room. Easy to do laundry after 7 days on the road. Everything we wanted for breakfast. Thanks HIex Medford.

We went to 3 different Holiday Inn Express hotels this week and this was by far the best. I don't have anything negative to say. The hot self serve breakfast saved us at least $35, and I must say the buffet was great. They had the best bacon I've ever had, cooked to perfection. The rooms were clean and had special tape on the door indicating it had been deep cleaned. The room was so comfortable. The other Holiday Inn Expresses that we visited (Redding and Mill Valley) don't hold a candle to this one. It is right off the freeway in an industrial area but by far the best place we've stayed in years. Thank you Medford Holiday Inn Express! Go there, you won't be disappointed.

Holiday Inn at this location was well kept. It’s just off of a highway at Eagle Point. The rooms were neat, spacious and just right for an overnight stay. They have indoor pool that is open from 5:30am until 10pm each day.
There are plenty of parking locations.
Breakfast is served each morning with good options including Oatmeal, Cereals, Omelettes, Toasts, Pancakes, Fruits, Muffins, Coffee & Freshly squeezed juices. The employees are friendly and helpful. They also have snacks, water and juices at the entrance.
Check-in & Check-out is easy! Totally recommend this

Staff was very courteous and nice. Rooms were very clean. It was a quiet place to stay with no issues. Breakfast bar was awesome. If I ever come back to this area I will definitely stay here again.
