I love this drive through especially when I'm craving something and don't know what to get, the people who work there are always friendly professional and always give me a suggestion when I don't have a clue what I want and always end up liking what they suggest and it's always nice that they let you know what they're serving you. I love the fact that they have a seating area outside especially when it's spring and summertime evenings and can enjoy their refreshing drinks and many more I would've posted my agua fresca(natural fruit water) but it was so good I drank it before I took the pictures overall love the atmosphere

Ordered strawberries con crema and a lime raspado-both we’re delicious! The service was great too, they got it out to us fast, and we’re super friendly in general.

I ordered a blended mocha and my husband ordered a Mango/Peach Smoothie with Tajin (the lady at the window graciously made it even though it's not on the menu). Both were excellent!!! We will definitely be back to try more!!!

This drive thru snack joint is the best ,the picture is of the strawberries and creme it's delicious! The tostilocos are another fav for us (also in the pictures),and of course the sugar and spice coffee is so good! The girls are always friendly and the prices aren't bad. 5* in my book!

What can I say, this place is excellent. I like coffee and this place has really good coffee and the barista was very nice. The selection is huge too. I decided to stop by and check this place out today and I am happy that I did. If you haven't tried their coffee, I would recommend stopping by and checking it out for yourself.

Great selection! Im originally from LA and finally found a spot that fulfills my raspados craving. Smoothies, bionicos and chamoy 🤤 the gal that help us was so sweet too!

Very friendly and helpful! Love the Fresas Con Crema and Tostilocos! Also I've had their Biscuits and Gravy and coffees and my son always loves getting smoothies or hot chocolates. We always love our special treats from Sugar and Spice!

Waited in line behind a car for a very long time (I thought 20 minutes before work for a drive through would be enough time) and when that car left and another car pulled up to the other window, the girl helped that new customer first. I was pretty frustrated by that but the girl acknowledged my wait and was super nice (she was all by herself!) walking me through the whole menu and answering all my questions.

I ended up going for the Fresas Con Crema with no raisins. She totally gave me raisins and I am totally SO HAPPY that she did! Long story short, I occasionally work down the street and will definitely be back! And hopefully the staff will have more help. =)

Been a regular for awhile now, everyone knows my order and name, I wouldn't go to any other coffee stand or sit down in Medford anymore. The customer service is something out of this world and prices are amazing for a small buisness supporting itself. I recommend it to all of my friends, btw you must try the biscuits and gravy. Yummmmmy!

Best place better than Dutch bros at smoothies here's a tip tell them to add there sweet cream around the cup it's awesome does cost an extra dollar though but worth it!

The ladies here are so sweet and care a lot about their customers. They are very helpful at helping you find a drink if you're not sure exactly what you want to order. They sell snacks, some groceries, and cigarettes.

Tamales are fantastic and very generous. I want to try everything on the menu. The fruit is very fresh and the service is wonderfully friendly.

OMG this place is a little hidden secret over there off of West Main must try always fresh and food tastes good especially the T Locos

The strawberry smoothie with whip cream is terrific! The large size is huge.

I absolutely love this place!!!! Everyone is amazing. Service is always on point. You make friendships here with all the gals. And who doesn't love coffee?!

Prices are very comparable and the variety is great. Would recommend. Have to commend on customer service and quick service.
