I had an injury at work that threatened to destroy a years worth of planning and training for me and my husband. The knee injury happened 2 months out of our dream vacation to Africa and Kilimanjaro. Justin gave me hope immediately with his reassurance and knowledge. We came up with a training and rehab plan, and with hard work, I'm on my way to Africa thanks to him. Great facility, fantastic staff, and knowledgeable Physical therapists for every walk of life. Thank you Justin.

I came to PT because of migraines. Justin Carson not only helped get my headaches under control, but he helped identify their triggers. I now have the tools and skills to survive and thrive everyday life. Everyone at the office was a joy to work with. I highly recommend working with Jackson County PT.

I was so hesitant to seek physical therapy to treat a decade worth of TMJ issues, but I am so glad that I did. Working with Justin has given me skills and confidence to manage my TMJ symptoms so I can live life fully with less pain. He really takes time with his patients, meeting us where we are and encouraging us in our health journey throughout each and every session. I was experiencing lower back pain and spent several sessions with Justin. I really can’t say enough good things. He knows his stuff, was very good about narrating care, and managing my expectations. He was 100% focused during our sessions and I never felt rushed through my appointment.

Justin provided me with practical things I can do at home on my own to continue to heal.

Overall a very caring, professional, and supportive environment. The front office team are equally great and very helpful.

Over the past few years, I have had to receive physical therapy for various reasons. Justin, Ellen, Daniel, and Amber have all been excellent physical therapists doing the best they can to help me each time to recover. I also highly recommend the massage therapy and acupuncture services that are available. Cindy and Dawn do a great job of providing whatever treatments that are needed in addition to physical therapy. Not to be left out, the front desk staff is phenomenal!

I have been a client "off and on" for quite a few years. I would never consider going to anywhere else for PT. I am able to lead an active, mostly pain free, life because of Justin's help. The office staff is excellent. Frankly, I can't think of anything that needs to be improved. The office was highly recommended to me when I first needed PT. The recommendation was well deserved.

Justin was really great. He helped me through my mid back pain and really went at a good pace and was always sure to ask me how I was doing to make sure that I was feeling good during my sessions. He’s really nice and took the time to get to know me and how I worked, as well as learning about me as a person to understand how I could improve my situation, at work, as well as in my personal life. JCPT is a great place to work! The leadership really cares for the employees, and I felt valued and important. I have been a patient to a few of my coworkers too and I would highly recommend their care! Some of the most intentional and passionate providers I have met.

Daniel Brasch is fantastic!! My running wasn't great and I had an issue with tripping...Daniel thought through my particular situation and needs. He did a thourough strength review and set me on exercises to strengthen the weaknesses he found. I am running strong, feeling fit, and have strength back!!

I am so thankful to have gotten in at JCPT fairly soon after falling off a ladder. Justin was fantastic to work with. He really listened and addressed all my issues. Thankfully, I was back in to life much quicker than expected. It's sure a welcoming place to come! Thank you Justin and the front gals.

Justin was extremely helpful with my shoulder injury which took me there.
He was attentive and responsive to my needs and concerns. He not only alleviated the pain in my shoulder. He also helped with my neck pain that I had no idea was related. Justin gave me exercises and tools I can use the rest of my life. I would recommend JCPT without hesitation.

PT therapy for impinged rotator cuff. Was shone exercises to strengthen and stretch. Kathy is extremely knowledgeable in this area. Giving me limits, which I need to keep me moving forward!

Absolutely excellent! My wrist does not hurt anymore. The exercises worked. Physical therapy also helped me improve my balance! I have exercises I can now do at home for me to maintain good balance. I highly recommend Michael Nelson PT, DPT.

I am a current employee (Started JCPT 2019) Was a patient in 2007-2008 from a MVA and again in 2019-2022 for other bodily woes. Great company, compassionate PT's and wonderful work Family! Thorough and thoughtful care comes with every therapist. Anyone can expect to be treated with excellence here and I am a proud member of the team and also so pleased with the care I recieved with all of my PT's, past and present. I won't ever go anywhere else for outpatient care of this sort!

My total experience with Jackson Co. Physical Therapy has been excellent.
Thanks to the therapists' competence and knowledge, I have been able to avoid back and shoulder surgery. They are very professional, polite, and show concern for the patient's needs. The receptionists are also pleasant and helpful. I very much trust and recommend this establishment.
