JCPT is an exceptional organization! The professionals have helped eliminate my foot and back pain. Their friendliness and service is top-notch! I especially appreciate Stevie at the front desk, she is the most personable person with an extremely positive attitude. Thank you, Sydney, your exercise regime eliminated my back pain! I will continue to move and strengthen my core for life. YOU are phenomenal!!!! Plus, the fact that it is located at The Court House where I have a fitness membership is ideal. Thank you!

The physical therapy services I received by Isaac D., PT, at the East Medford location were incredibly helpful and effective. Before treatment I was in severe pain to my hip/thigh areas and it was negatively affecting my life, activity level and causing anxiety. Isaac is a true expert in his field. He is friendly, a great listener, loves teaching about causes of physical health problems/solutions/and why they work. Awesome experience! Bryant was a great therapist, very patient and helpful with treatments and everyday exercises to improve my shoulder impingement. Loved that I didn’t need a referral from a doctor. Would come here again and recommend anyone to come here! Thanks guys!

Update. Extremely pleased with the patient interaction at this location. Stevie has went above and beyond to ensure my account / billing is all taken care of correctly. PT's have been excellent in ensuring they are giving me the best service. Wouldn't recommend any other place.

My physical therapy with Liz at JCPT East Medford has significantly improved my ability and joy of walking, hiking, biking and even some short distance running. The office staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Liz’s professional knowledge and easy manner provide a welcome environment for healing and learning. The clinic is located in an expansive space adjacent to a beautiful state of the art gym. Thank you JCPT and especially to Liz. I am deeply grateful.

Each of my numerous conversations with Wendy Statham, both over the phone and in person, were pleasant and professional. She kindly helped me with acquiring the necessary information to begin services at their office and with scheduling appointments. Phillip Hanson has shown a genuine interest in guiding me through exercises and stretches based on my feedback to allow for optimal rehabilitation of my shoulder. He has enabled me to overcome some challenging obstacles with encouragement and assurance. I look forward to seeing them every week. They are both blessings amid my road to recovery! I can only guess that the rest of the Jackson County PT staff are just as wonderful.

Staff here at the East JCPT is great! Always helpful in scheduling appointments. Liz is my physical therapist and she is highly knowledgeable and skilled, and has a very upbeat attitude. She’s helped me make a ton of progress so far!

Speaking from a staff point of view, the East Medford branch of JCPT has all you can ask for in a PT clinic. There is a lot of space to use for athletes to return to sport via basketball/volleyball courts, artificial turf as well as an excellent weightroom/fitness facility. The staff is very friendly and optimistic. Very organized as well!

My name is Patty Armanini and I have been a client of Conor Thompson due to an injury to my left wrist/hand. After 10 or so sessions, I was impressed with the improvement in my mobility and am getting back into my regular routines of exercise and normal daily activities. Conor was very considerate, patient and always well prepared for our sessions. He increased our activities appropriately with the objective of improvement and getting back to my normal routines! The office staff are always very friendly, helpful, and accessible. I looked forward to our sessions as I didn't see them as a 'chore', but an important part of my day in order to move forward and enhance my healthy life style! I highly recommend this facility if you not only want good health care for aches/pains, but to get back to your independence without hurting all the time!

This is an amazing office! From the front office ladies to the physical therapists! Sharin Lane is knowledgeable and takes the time and special care for her patients. If you want to develop an actual relationship with your therapist, this is the place you should go. Not only do they listen to your concerns, but they also take time to make sure to resolve them. My injured shoulder was getting worse but improved after the first visit with Liz. Between her shoulder manipulation and home exercises she is helping me get back to swimming. Liz customizes exercises to help my shoulder and explains how they will help me towards swimming without damaging my rotator cuff. I really appreciate her knowledge, customized exercises, and caring attitude towards helping me to my goals. Thank you Liz!

Connor was my PT and he developed a really nice routine for me so I can maintain optimal health. I am overweight and have lower back issues. This exercise routine is great because it covers many muscle groups; alternating between arms and legs which makes it easier for me to power through it without getting fatigued and still getting a very impactful workout. I sleep better at night and feel like my core strength has improved. Thanks to Connor and Chrissy for always making me feel welcome 🙏🏼

I experienced a fairly severe muscle pull above my right hip not allowing me to work in my normal capacity and not able to sleep a full night for about 3 weeks. Walking was extremely difficult as well as standing, even sitting for any length of time. Wendy my wife suggested I see Conner Thompson. He was very pleasant & caring, most of all patient. After a few sessions I started feeling better and limber the pain was much less therefor not having to mask the pain with pain relievers & muscle relaxers. He introduced new exercises each week and were very effective. Thumps up to Conner & staff at JCPT. Thank You Conner!

The East Medford clinic is the place to be! The PTs that work there provide great clinical care, one-on-one treatment sessions, and high level gym resources to help anyone that comes through the door. I highly recommend this clinic!

Speaking as an employee of this clinic location ... Great new facility - large turf space and gym access with a wide range of machines, weight racks, and crossfit essentials. Amazing work environment with caring therapists and friendly and efficient front desk staff that value quality care. The clinic and gym also offer strength and conditioning classes for various types of athletes and active individuals. Worth checking out!

Just an excellent experience after a knee replacement. Isaac got me up and walking confidently and ensured a smooth rehabilitation. The highest recommendation.
