I would definitely stay here again! Exceptionally clean and the staff are amazing! The price is very affordable and the rooms are large with lots of amenities

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel's price was cheap compared to other quality hotels in the area. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and we really enjoyed the kitchenette in the room. If you are budget conscious, this is a less expensive option without the "cheap" feel you get from some of the other lower priced hotels.

Had a great experience staying here. Lisa at the front was so kind and so nice. Was super busy at a point and she kept the same great customer service. Rooms are large with full size fridge, built in ice maker, stove top, and great desk space. Would go back just for Lisa’s great customer service.

Very clean rooms in a quiet area. Staff was amazing and friendly always said hello when I passed by. I love there was a truck and trailer parking because I’m passing by with a trailer.

Super close to the airport, just down the street from my work location and in a quiet, peaceful area.
I seriously slept so good the first night, and that’s when I usually don’t get much sleep on a trip.
The room was perfectly sized for one person with a kitchenette that had a full sized fridge, cooktop, microwave, coffeemaker and dishwasher!
Loved the desk area and of course for those who watch it, there’s a tv.
Other amenities include a 24 hr mini store for basic essentials and snacks, a fitness room, and key only access to the building after 11pm. Front desk is manned 24/7 and they are all so helpful with anything you need.
I definitely recommend this hotel and think it was worth the price.

100% clean rooms

My biggest concern is cleanliness- this hotel room we booked the day of online with IHG operator to make sure our room would be pet friendly. It was $130 plus $10 for our pet & with taxes totaled $161.
Front desk at check in & check out was smooth, helpful and very friendly. We were on 4th floor, king bed, recliner chair, kitchenette, full frig, microwave & popcorn. We would TOTALLY stay here again! Thanks Medford staff!

The staff was very welcoming and supportive!
Our room was quiet.
They have a kitchen, a full size refrigerator, very nice beds and pillows, a sofa and a coffee table, all kitchen utensils and pots and pans.
They do accept pets.
There’s a free guest laundry and a pretty nice gym.
There’s a dishwasher in the room. There’s no oven, there’s only the stovetop.
The closet was spacious.
They do have a business center (a computer with the printer) in the lobby, a room with snacks and drinks (purchased separately).
There’s a number of home kitchen appliances available for rent.
The parking is free of charge.

Lisa at the front desk is awesome. Super upbeat and super helpful! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The in-room kitchen with full-size fridge is great! Keep in.mind that because each room has a kitchen, they do not serve breakfast.

I am.OCD clean. This hotel is OCD clean. It's smells great. Rooms are spotless. Hallways spotless. Front desk attendants were amazing. I called them several times before my stay and each person was amazing. Check in was amazing. If only all my hotel stays were this good. Thank you

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They had a cool little store where guests could buy snacks drinks and toiletries if they wanted to eat a very reasonable prices. The hotel was very clean and inviting and one of the best places we've ever stayed! My husband and I will definitely be staying there again.

Very CLEAN Hotel makes up for not having a pool or hot tub in my opinion. Also free laundry!

I didn't take any pictures, but the place is super nice. It's not a new hotel, but they've put in a ton of effort to keep the place looking great. Very clean. Friendly staff. We stayed in a suite, so there was a kitchenette, full fridge, tiny cooking range. Lots of outlets. Comfy beds. Lots of seating. The parking lot was very well lit. Close to several restaurants, Costco, & a grocery store. Nothing within walking distance, but 6 mins by car. Grub hub delivers and there are snacks for purchase in the hotel. And a great price. We'll definitely stay there again.

We received the most welcoming and upbeat greeting that instantly just boosted our moods after a long drive. Lisa was chipper, welcoming and eager to make sure our stay was pleasant.
In a time where the service industry seems to be getting a lot of flack, this was a really pleasant experience.

I stayed here a tad shy of 2 months and will say all around great place. The people working the front desk are kind and polite, helpful when asked for help. Laundry is free, parking included, and there is a shuttle. Work out room had a nice array of workout equipment and weights available for keeping active. Housekeeping always made my room fresh and clean when I would return.
If I ever had another extended stay in Medford, I would for sure return here.

Michael at tbe front desk was fantastic. We had a glitch with our reservation and he took care to straighten it out for us. He was friendly and very helpful! Clean and well-stocked room.

Came in real late on our flight to Medford and the night clerk went out of his way to come pick us up at the airport and bring us back to the hotel. Amazing service and rooms are very comfortable.

If there was more than 5 stars I’d give more, that’s how Great Everything was, Every Single one of the staff we came in contact with was Friendly, the rooms were Spacious & Clean, plus they were very pet friendly. So pet friendly they were set up with the local Veterinary Business, ‘Bliss’ for a discount for out of town people, that had animals that were seeing them.
Overall an Excellent Stay.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Right next to the airport. Free shuttle to the airport 24/7. Very nice room!
