Holiday Inn Express & Suites Medford, an IHG Hotel

I have stayed at the location on and off since built. I generally preferred the central point location for friendlier staff, though the location is not near as good, and have tried other brands. This time the staff at all levels was very friendly and accommodating, so much so that I asked front desk if there was a different general manager and the answer was yes. Much appreciated attitude and look forward to next visit

Had a reservation booked and paid for through a third party. Upon arrival, Jasmine and Brandon were efficient. hospitable and super welcoming. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the card left on file by the paying party. Brandon cheerfully and kindly took on the task of getting things sorted and both he and Jasmine could not have been any nicer! Restaurant recommendation was perfect. The hotel is sparkling clean, updated, quiet, conveniently located, and has comfy beds with pillow choices. Breakfast was included with standard hotel options. Not the least expensive Medford hotel, but one you'll be glad to have made when you are relaxing in your room or the common areas. Was grateful the payor chose a comfortable, safe, clean hotel for this required trip.

The location is fantastic, just a stone’s throw away from the freeway. Plus, there’s an array of eateries, grocery stores, and even a gas station nearby, making it incredibly convenient.

Our room was a pleasant surprise – clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee machine. What’s more, they provide full-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and body lotion, a thoughtful touch that sets them apart.

For those in need of ice, you’ll find the ice machine conveniently located next to the elevator. Now, let’s talk about breakfast – it’s simply excellent. They offer a wide range of options, including eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, cereal, fruits, pancakes, bagels, coffee, and tea. But the real star here is the Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls – they’re to die for! I eagerly anticipate devouring one every time I stay here.

To top it off, they have a coin laundry on the premises, which is incredibly useful for longer stays. Highly recommended!

Tips: Park at the back of the hotel near the double door; it’s closer to the elevator.

We were coming back from Mt Shasta California when we had car troubles. Found the Holiday Inn in Medford and spent the night, last night. The front desk (a lovely young woman) gave us the phone number and address of Les Schwab Tire Center who do brakes. This morning our brakes were finished before check out time of noon. Wonderful service. The room price was fair.

The complementary breakfast type buffet was quite decent with hot and cold items, breads and such with freshly made pancakes - if you wished. Our double bed room was great, clean and had a good coffee maker. We also could get coffee downstairs any time for free. Plugs for both electrical items and USB ports along with a large screen tv were appreciated. Highly recommend.

Our room was very clean and nice. The service at check-in was swift and on point. Staff had great attitudes and smiles any time we needed help. The continental breakfast was perfect many options made for happy teenagers amd mom. We had a Very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

The best bed I have slept in. Only downer was for some reason my key card quit working before checkout. Had to get the maid to let me back in our room.

Just spent 3 nights at this hotel and I am pleased to report that it was a very nice stay. The hotel is clean, well kept and very secure feeling. Checking in at the desk was the quickest check-in I have ever experienced and the staff was very friendly and professional. The room was very nice and clean with a very comfortable bed. The TV had something like 200 channels, too. I wish the shower had more water pressure but it did the job nicely. I did not eat the breakfast (doctor says I need to lose a few pounds) but it sure smelled good! All in all this is a great hotel and I will stay their again when business takes me back to south Medford.

It was very nice experience staying at Holiday inn property. First of all thanks for frontend desk personal: Levi! She was quick & helpful in the checkin experience and answering any questions. Room was very clean and tidy and looks like all the housekeeping personal do their job accurately.
Lastly complementary breakfast: It was a usual menu. please include waffles in the menu, however pancakes were nice.

I regret booking thru Expedia, as I was charged $40 more. I recommend booking directly thru IHG for better pricing.

This hotel is in the middle of everything. Walmart, gas, a million restaurants, coffee. Very helpful front desk staff who handled the heavy traffic of arrivals and an unfortunate computer glitch, very well. Room was clean and thermostat worked correctly.

I stayed for a single night here with family and found this place clean and well maintained. Location is great near few restaurants, across Walmart and close to exit.

I travel for a living, 32 weeks this FY year alone, and never have I encountered a staff so polite, so professional yet personable it’s like talking with family.
Mandi and Cady absolutely made my trip. Not only did they ensure my check in was quick and efficient they also booked additional stays on the spot!!!! Went above and beyond my expectations. I personally witnessed them doing the same for other guests.
I will always stay here for future visits and tell all my associates and friends to do the same.

We had a great stay. Lots of food choices withing walking distance. Easy "on - off" freeway.. The room was big, very clean and it must have been built well because we didn't hear any road noise. Very happy with our stay.

The dining continental breakfast was good and the area was clean. The employee was nice and helpful. The lady put more coffee out when we told her it was out. The front desk attendants were nice and helpful as well. I just had a pleasant and relaxed drama free stay. The pool was clean but a little small. The good thing is that it’s indoors so you can swim during any weather. The Walmart is right across the street (not a fan of THAT Walmart due to the unprofessional customer service I received from some cashiers but it’s clean and convenient). There is a very nice clean Mexican authentic restaurant literally within walking distance directly across the parking lot of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for cleanliness, good service, amenities and convenience to stores and restaurants!

Comfortable beds, reasonable rates, always clean, friendly staff, no views.

Newer Hotel. Interior room design was better than any rooms I've ever been in. The bathroom had a make up back light for the mirror. There was also a full length mirror outside of the restroom with a small shelf with plugs! Great for people to get ready outside of the restroom being used by others. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea maker. Another additional amenity was a shelf for more than one suitcase to lay with hooks above like a mudroom type area! There was a small closet too for hang-up clothes. This design with these helpful details were great. I said finally a well thought out room. Only one downside was that the AC fan wouldn't stay on without the Cold air blowing. We like the fan on so you don't hear loud motorcycles or other loud noises outside the room or building. The walls were not thin but loud noises can penetrate almost anywhere. Within walking distance of several eating establishments and stores.

The hotel was conveniently located for where I had to do business. I've stayed here a couple times for several nights each. I really enjoy the breakfast here.

Great spot and i already booked this again for my next trip. Plenty of places to walk to check in staff was 5+ and they have 24 hour coffee and my brand of tea. Highly recommend it. Only downfall is no place to sit out front but there is a nice patio out back.

Clean, well maintained property.
Excellent hot breakfast with several choices. They also offer a snack food area with items for purchase. The rooms are well kept and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Located close to Interstate 5. Highly recommend!
