This place is very well kept.
They had more than one kind of pillow on the bed just so you could have the kind of pillow you need. The price was affordable. The food was amazing. The drinks were great and Dena had amazing work ethics. She was cleaning under things. Most people would clean around. A+++

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Medford, California, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service provided was impeccable, with a team of friendly and attentive staff members who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. The pool area was well-maintained and offered a refreshing escape from the California heat. My kids particularly enjoyed spending time here, splashing around and having fun.One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the hotel's Italian restaurant. The ambiance was charming, with a cozy atmosphere and elegant décor. The food surpassed our expectations, with a delectable selection of pasta dishes and other Italian specialties. Whether we opted for the buffet breakfast or ordered from the à la carte menu, every meal was a culinary delight.Overall, I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience at this hotel in Medford. From the excellent service and friendly staff to the delicious food and clean facilities, it exceeded all of my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

In addition to the outstanding service and amenities, I want to highlight the thoughtful accommodation provided by the hotel. As a family of six, we often require two connected rooms for our stay, which can sometimes be challenging to arrange, especially during busy times. However, the hotel staff seamlessly accommodated our request, ensuring that we had connected rooms for our comfort and convenience. This attention to detail truly enhanced our experience and further exemplified the excellent service provided by the hotel.

The equality you would expect from a Hilton Garden; the rooms are clean and nice, the lounge is modern with a good restaurant, and the staff is friendly. The location is great for travelers but not really within walking distance of any activities or many restaurants.

Clean and amazing staff, rooms are comfy we got in late and were happy to find out that they have a restaurant in the hotel. They make great hamburgers and fries.

staff was sooo friendly place was super clean really nice atmosphere. yes drinks and food are expensive at these hotels but it's to be expected so can't really give them any shade for that won't be disappointed staying here

I stay at this hotel for one week every quarter. Amenities are wonderful staff is great. Rooms are always clean. Very quiet place to stay.

Stayed here a couple of times when heading to Cali and always had a great experience! Clean, good value and bar keeps are super awesome and stick around after closing if thirsty!

Stayed here last night after being evacuated from our home and needed a place to stay for the night.

Eddie at the front desk was amazing and all of the other staff. Food was great and drinks, the kid loved the pool as well. We had a small issue with the room upon arrival but the great staff Eddie in partuilar fixed it.

The best hotel in the town. They are very respectful and make you feel at home.

Everything was great except for the motor home parked on the side street with generator running until about 2:30 am.

Helpful and professional staff. Clean, spacious rooms and all the amenities that anyone could need.

Loved it. I think I would like to add for the location we were in at medford. I know the smoke isn't their fault but as a suggestion maybe do an air purifier for people staying there and offer Masks. It was pretty bad the air quality. I had to stay there as a stop for a road trip coming back home to Washington.

It was my first time staying here. I was very happy with the quality of service and the quality of the rooms and facilities. I did not try the restaurant or bar so I couldn't speak to that but the room was very nice. I have tried other places in South Medford, but this might be my new favorite. I definitely plan on staying there again soon, and I recommend you do as well.

Clean, comfy, friendly hotel. The only drawback was that the fan would not turn off on the air conditioner/heater. It ran all night long. If you are a fan of “white noise” then this is a great hotel.

We were able to take a nice walk around the area in the evening. Lots of folks walking with dogs.
Will stay here again. We were disappointed not to see at a continental breakfast offered.

We had to make last-minute reservations to stay at the Hilton which was close to the Asante hospital in Medford. Myself and two other sisters who had flown in, were there to say “goodbye” to another sister in the hospital.

The front desk staff went above and beyond anything we’ve ever experienced in Customer Service . Because of the circumstances and to make life a little more tolerable, they gave us breakfast coupons, ice cream sandwiches for our room, and offered to take us to the hospital if necessary.

I can’t even imagine in this day and age that hotel staff could be so kind and helpful. It is a rarity.

Our rooms were clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed.

This is the hotel you want to stay in.

Friendly staff, the restaurant/ bar like so many was short staffed, but still delivered great service.
