Gervais is a lovely salon and all of the staff are friendly and accommodating. I’ve been seeing Michaela for the last couple years to do my hair and she is outstanding- particularly with color. She can do complicated highlights and trendy colors that are difficult to achieve. Never left her chair with a bad haircut and the color is always awesome. Possibly goes without saying, but bring a picture of what you want, trust your stylists recommendations and understand that not every cut will work for every hair type and not every color will flatter every completion. My husband and 8 year old daughter see Michaela too and she does an awesome job for them as well. I have gotten a couple of massages there before too and I would describe those as acceptable, but not amazing. I will absolutely keep coming here to see Michaela for hair though!

My visit today was wonderful! I called every Solon in town and couldn't find 1 place that would do a pedicure for someone in a wheelchair, but this place came through and did the best job and was so respectful! Thanx is not enough!!!

I've always had excellent service at Gervais, but my most recent appointment was the best. I was able to get a last minute appointment in with Simone, and without any warning asked to go from a red head to brunette. Within 3 hours I was back to my natural (if not improved) hair color. She has a strong skill set, a great attitude, and knows how to do good hair. LOVE THIS PLACE!

The first picture was my hair before, a grown out 1+ year old balayage. I was nervous to get it dyed again because i’m very picky with the way my hair looks. But Amanda did an amazing job on my hair! she was thorough, walked me through what she was doing, and made sure I was comfortable at all times. The atmosphere is inviting & I plan on returning for future touch ups.

I saw Genevieve today and I absolutely love my hair color and cut! She was also so funny and friendly. She listened to my concerns with my hair(fine and thinning) and the direction I wanted to go in color and cut wise. I wasn't able to thank her before I left due to an emergency so if she reads this, thank you so much! I had a really great time talking with you and i hope I'm able to schedule with you again. I am so glad I was also able to book online and get in so quick. Definitely a huge perk to be able to do!! Everyone at the salon was also super friendly, especially the receptionist who was super understanding . Thank you again!!

My husband and I went in today for a side by side massage and we will definitely be back! The receptionist was super sweet and welcomed us as soon as we walked in. We were then led back to the massage rooms which are upstairs and tucked away from the rest of the salon. The actual massages themselves were fantastic from start to finish too. At the end we were able to use the sauna and shower room which were both very clean and inviting. Highly recommend anyone seeking a relaxing afternoon to visit Gervais!

Erin is a wonderful stylist! She is an expert at Aveda color, having worked previously at several East Coast Aveda salons. Gervais itself is a lovely, official Aveda salon selling a wide selection of Aveda’s high-end products. Even though it’s in a cool, older section of downtown Medford, there’s always parking available right outside on the street. I highly recommend Erin and all the staff at Gervais—very classy and professional!

Went in today to get my Lashes done by Shameka. She is the best. I love my lashes sooo much. (BTW this is my first experience with her and have been getting my lashes done for 2 years) The place is so cute and everyone was super nice. All and all it was a great experience 10/10 recommend!😌

I’m always happy with my cut and/or color! The stylists have always been kind and accommodating. Gervais is Iconic for Downtown Medford! Erin was so sweet and gave me exactly what I wanted!! Curly, wolf cut!! With Bangs! I feel like I’m channeling Joan Jett!!!

We went there to have a couples massage together. We were greeted by the front desk staff and they were really attentive and quick with getting us checked in. They walked us to the massage area and it was all just a great experience. Both massage therapists were amazing, gracious, and made us feel absolutely comfortable. We are already planning on making another appointment for when I'm not pregnant anymore. Absolutely lovely experience.

It is very hard to find a great salon when you travel from state to state for work but the team at Gervais is a great team! They all greated me with a friendly and positivity attitude when I entered the building. I wanted to Thank Melissa for her kindness and professionalism when booking my appointment and calling me with a reminder the day before my appointment! Erin for the amazing hair style, she gave me exactly what I asked for. The color was beautiful and she was so sweet, we had a great conversation! Cam, Irene and Lupe are devoted front desk employees working extra hard to provide myself and the other guest in the salon with the very best service and a happy experience. I will be returning home to Missouri with a little Gervais style and class but I will definitely return to Gervais the next time I am in Medford.Thank you all for your professionalism and kindness.

A luxurious experience for sure. Begin with a foot soak, then onto a 70 minute deep tissue massage. The deep tissue massage was amazing. I'm pretty sure my masseuse was Tom. He did an excellent job!

I've been going to this salon for nearly a decade, because I appreciate the quality hair products used. Although I don't keep up with a regular maintenance schedule, or even have a particular stylist, I'm never disappointed with the level of service I receive. Never feel pressured for an upsale and never felt judged bringing in my ragged mane.

I had my first professional haircut in 13 years today. I have very long hair, which I was nervous to have cut because I didn't want to lose too much. Simone did a great job on my hair and I definitely feel that I can trust her going forward. She listened to what I wanted and it shows because my hair is precisely what I asked for. Also, she's a fellow Harry Potter fan, so that helps!😉

10/10 experience. I had the opportunity to have Simone do my hair. Had some blonde added to my hair. I have a difficult time describing how I want my hair to be done. Simone did a great job at breaking it down to what I wanted and it came out better than I could have asked for. She’s personable, knowledgeable, and just a beautiful down to earth person. I would recommend her every single time and trust her with my hair.
