SpringHill Suites by Marriott Medford

I don’t often leave reviews but I wanted to give a shout-out to Tami at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help my mom and I feel welcomed and taken care of, even getting us some cereal early before the breakfast buffet even opened. This was a wonderful place to stop for the night on our moving road trip, as my mom is helping me move from Spokane Washington all the way to Orange County California. It’s a super long drive, and having such caring and dedicated staff really helped us start the morning off right. Much thanks to the amazing staff at Springhill Suites!

The room was very nice. I liked it so much the first time we used it again two weeks later. Front desk staff were very friendly & polite. The beds are amazing. Slept great. Good Mexican food in walking distance from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Great room. Spacious and clean - the entire property seems brand new. The front desk staff was pleasant yet business-like even at late checkin. A simple/small cooler and convenience product for sale at the front desk kiosk if you crave a bite before turning in. The breakfast bar has hot breakfast items like egg, sausage and waffles etc. coffee is good and the dining area is a bit above the basic. I wish the attendant at the breakfast was a bit less unfriendly.t

I don’t know much they are paying Phyllis at the front counter, but it’s not enough! Great customer service!! My room was very nice, and I was very impressed that I heard little to no noise from other rooms, like, almost no noise at all which, is unheard of at most hotels!! The bed was comfortable and I slept soundly both nights I was there. The outside temp was in the 80’s and the room stayed cool and comfortable all night. So let’s talk about the shower! I know it’s not a top priority when booking a hotel, but when you stay in hotels as frequently as I do, you are use to little to no water pressure, luke warm showers that turn ice cold a minute into the shower, and the shower head is usually chest high. The shower at SpringHill was AWESOME!! Great water pressure, the hot water was actually hot, and it stayed hot throughout the shower! It was the perfect ending to my long day! The only negative thing I have to say is that the morning breakfast leaves some thing to be desired. They have only one waffle maker for everyone to use, and the weekend I stayed there was a basketball team also at the hotel, so you can guess how long it took to get a waffle for breakfast. The only other thing offered besides yogurt, cereal & small muffins, was pre-packaged sausage & egg muffins that tasted like rubber, and runny scrambled eggs. So, although I was disappointed with the breakfast, I absolutely enjoyed my stay at SpringHill and 10/10 recommend! I will be staying there my next trip to town!!

When we first made our reservation for the weekend we thought we got it for a real good price. As a baseball/softball umpire, I was able to use the rate code for the "sports officials" rate.

Well about a month later we thought we might need to add a room and we found that the rate had gone down a fair amount. So I was not looking forward to have to make a new reservation and then cancel the old one. Well I was wrong, Marriott now lets you just update the rates if the rate goes down (not sure if they let you do it as easy if rates go up?) So that was the first bonus.

I made the reservation for two beds as I was bringing my family down with me, just so they could get away themselves. I was working as an Umpire for a softball tournament just down the road at the Lithia and driveway fields. So it was important for our kids to have the pool. The pool and hot tub, which I enjoyed after the long drive there and also after a long day of umpiring, very clean and inviting. I would just recommend that you walk real slow on the pool deck as it is very slippery, even while walking with caution.

I had called in to the front desk the day before our arrival to ask a couple of questions. Phyllis was very helpful. Without me even asking she even confirmed some special request and let me know that it would be taken care of when we arrived. Then she even said that she would be there when we arrived.

When we arrived the next evening at 9pm (I had told her 8pm), Phyllis greeted us and as soon as I said my name, she said she had been waiting for us and that she had everything I had requested and gave me all our keys. I don't think I spent more than 30 seconds checking in. 😊

The next morning we went down for breakfast at 7am. My first game was not until 9:30am. Enjoyed the hot waffle that you make on your own. Also had an English muffin with a little scrambled egg (my wife is really picky about her scrambled eggs and she loved these!) and the turkey sausage patty. With a little apple juice I was ready for the day.

Now when we checked in we were asked if we would require any room service the next day. Typically they only do that if you are staying mare than two mights but if requested they will come to your room before then.

Overall the room was clean and beds comfortable. The room was a little awkward in the the placement of the TV made it so that one of the beds was far off to the side and difficult to watch from that angle. The room that we had was 325 and it is right next to the elevator exit hallway. I was concerned that we would be hearing that and people all the time. I was shocked by how quiet that room was. We did not hear the elevator nor people unless they were right outside our door, and that could be any room.

Like I said at the beginning, I will for sure go back to this hotel when I am in the area and when the next tournament is there.

This property is amazing I accidentally left my luggage in the parking lot on my way to work and the staff brought it inside right away when I called Noah answered the phone I knew immediately what I was talking about he verified while I was on the phone that it was indeed my bag I can't express my appreciation enough as all of my important documentation and medications were in this suitcase I now have it back and I feel very safe having my belongings and knowing that there's a hotel that I will come back to every single time that I am in Medford

Friendly staff and reasonably priced. Ethernet available for high speed internet and personal routers. Good breakfast buffet. SHS is consistent around many locations that we’ve stayed.

Surrounded by everything you need, A beautiful place, sweet people That work there. I'm a taxi driver and this is what I observe.

Springhill Suites is a wonderful hotel in Medford, Oregon. The rooms are clean, spacious, well apportioned, many amenities, comfortable, and quiet.

The hotel itself is clean, has a beautiful lobby and entry, a spacious exercise room, indoor pool, convenience store onsite, a wonderful complimentary hot breakfast buffet daily, and free parking.
All for exceptionally reasonable prices.

I believe they even accept dogs in certain rooms.

Do yourself a favor and give Springhill Suites a try; you will not be disappointed!

This is a gem. We got in a little bit late without a reservation and was able to have a room quickly. Super nice coffee in the morning breakfast definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Stayed there over night. Looks clean. However I felt that the room carpet looked dirty. Breakfast buffet was good. Cereals, waffles, bread etc. Coffee, juices, milk etc. Very nice front desk staff.

The is high end well maintained. The staff friendly and capable. The bed and pillow were nice and comfortable. We had a great night's sleep. The breakfast had more gulten free choices than I have ever seen. The food included, scrambled eggs and sausage, instant oatmeal and bagels, and the usual stuff.

Bethany was awesome. After a long drive we stopped here and she made an amazing old fashioned! Also- despite the fact that the bar bites was closing in less than 10 minutes- she had no attitude about me ordering food to go. Also- she stayed open later because firefighters were arriving to help with the wildfires and wanted food too! The front desk team was kind, rooms were clean, and the service was impeccable. Cheers to the manager of this property!

Check in late at midnight, friendly lady at front desk, comfy beds and clean room. Complementary breakfast and indoor pool, kids had to go in in the AM in the pool and have some fun after having yummy breakfast, check out time is noon.

Just like to say this is the only hotel I stay at when in the Medford area

The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and decor, comes standard with internet, and cable, wet bar & refrigerator, and office desk. The mornings come with incredible breakfast all you can eat

Like I said it’s the only place I stay in their area

Very nice facility and close to plenty of food options within walking distance. Large room. Beds too soft for us but soft sheets and plenty of pillows to find a comfy one.

Room is on the small side for a suite, but good layout. The bed was excellent and comfy. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff.

The staff here are amazing the place is well organized n beautiful. Our room was perfectly arranged and clean. It could have had a couple more shampoo n conditioners and had lotion in the room but I was able to ask for a couple more smiles from staff. Loved the clean carpets n breakfast buffet was delicious food of variety. Anna F
