I absolute love Dr. Mary Beth Wicker. I had a BP issue at my one of my last appointments and she had the knowledge to work with it to get my procedure done. She is always caring and supportive. I have known a couple of the support staff, Crystal and Sherry for over half my life and Jessica, my hygienist, is friendly and a pleasure to see on my checkups. Several years ago, I saw Dr. Holbert for an issue with a very old root canal which a tip of the tiny drill had been left broken in my tooth. She was able to retrieve it and repaired the tooth. The procedure and recovery went very well. I like the idea of having specialists in the same office. My husband is very pleased with Dr. Crichton , also.

Virginia Family Dentistry Midlothian is the place you want to go for your dental care. My experience was stellar. I can't say enough about the staff. Everyone that I had an encounter with made me feel special. I could tell they truly cared, it wasn't an act. The facility is very clean, the environment is nice. I want to give a special shout out to Dr. Karl Block & his assistant. You made my experience a great one. Dr. Block thank you for calling & checking on me after my tooth extraction. My visit with VFDM are always great. Amber Ross, RD is my dental hygienists and she is excellent. She is ways friendly and gentle during my routine visits. Amber is very accommodating in assisting me with scheduling appointments. Dr. Jamie Crichton is also excellent. He is very caring and does the workmanship of a perfectionist. The location is very convenient and the receptionist as well as the entire team are professionals! I have been a patient of Dr. Crichton for 10+ years.

Viola was great she was very knowledgeable and sweet
I can see that she is passionate about her job and loves what she does. She is wonderful.The Dr. Was also very reassuring and great very gentle. They were great. Had a fantastic time chatting with them both.

Paige Holbert and her assistant were great to work with. They explained my situation well, and made a great plan to deal with my needs. The office personnel were also wonderful...welcoming, helpful, and on-top of everything.

I had such a great experience getting my teeth cleaned by Sara and seeing Dr. Wicker! It was very pleasant and we enjoyed talking about our families and hobbies. Dr. Wicker is very gentle, too!

This was the best dental experience that I've ever had. Gillian was kind, patient, highly skilled and gentle! I appreciate the customer service and care that they put into their patients. It's a big office and I was still able to get a personalized experience thanks to Sherri, Gillian my hygienist and Dr. Mauri. It's been hard to find a trustworthy dental office. I'm happy to be a patient of this practice now.

Dr. Holbert has such a warm and calming presence, and her assistant, Ashley, was reassuring and helpful. Both of these ladies treated me like a friend and made the whole experience comforting and painless. Many many thanks to the fantastic staff at this practice!

I have been looking for a new dentist. Today was my first experience with crystal and Dr. Wicker. Their bedside manner was incredible. They took their time to explain everything they were going to do, they didn’t pressure me into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Their work was spot on. Their professionalism and their care has made me bring my whole family to this office.

I went for my appointment at Virginia Family Denistry yesterday. Jessica is my Dental Hygienist and she is the nicest, best Hygienist ever. I'm very thankful for her. Jamie Crichton is my dentist and I always feel comfortable with him and think he and Jessica care about me and want to make my dental experience as good as possible. Thanks guys!

Clemmy is the kindest hygienist. I’ve had my last two cleanings with him and absolutely would recommend him to anyone. He explains what he is doing, is gentle but gets the job done and also makes you feel comfortable with intelligent small talk, even though he is an introvert and admittedly doesn’t like to talk a lot.

Dr. Wicker is so kind and very thoughtful in how she cares for her patients. Going to the dentist can cause anxiety, however, Dr. Wicker and her team put you at ease and provides excellent care. Thanks everyone!

Everyone has a story. One of my chapters includes the lesson that when it comes to dental work, second opinions matter. A friend suggested VA Family Dentistry. He said there was nothing but kindness there and Dr. Crichton would provide real answers. My friend was absolutely correct. This has continues to be a positive process. Everyone I have been in contact with has been amazing!

The staff and dentist are always so nice and really try and help you with whatever your needs are. They are so accommodating I can't imagine going anywhere else. Dr Block and his assistant Beth have been amazing to me. The whole staff is wonderful at easing any of that dentist anxiety that you can have when going in for treatments. Honestly every Virginia Family dentist location is wonderful.

Mallery does a great job! She’s thorough, but gentle (especially good for me, a life long “white knuckle” dental chair occupant). She’s delightful, very professional, and caring!

Efficient, professional and kind. From the scheduling coordinator, dental hygienist and dentist - it's always a good experience. They take you promptly and get the cleaning and check up done in a timely manner.

I was referred to this practice from my insurance company and was quite nervous about the procedure I needed. They were all so nice and kind. The doctor was top notch.

Jessica is always warm and friendly and provides the most knowledgeable care. Since I have been there with her, I can honestly say that my overall hygiene health has improved. She is the Best!!!

Best dental care you will find anywhere. Visited the facility in late Nov. 2023. Dr. Crichton & the hygienist staff are both top notch. Sara my hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth & made suggestions about home care. We have been day-tripping round-trip about 250 miles to the Midlothian office from Northern Virginia for years for our dental care needs. The offices & equipment mirror the quality of the staff. Can highly recommend Virginia Family Dentistry.
