Im very thankful for Grassroots Pharmacy and the caring professional staff there. The best !

I flew from Las Vegas, NV to Louisville, KY and then drove to the nearest source of pepperoni rolls an hour and a half away to get there when they opened at 10. Was not disappointed in the slightest-- the staff very graciously informed me that they would make a fresh batch for me. I also got introduced to Ale8 which needs to be sold in stores closer to me.

Special thank you to Cassie for recommending the Arboretum at UK while we waited; we'll remember this store as the highlight of our trip!

They were great giving my kids Covid vaccines. Both my girls have nerves about shots and the owner was so patient and kind. It made my mom heart happy. Thank you for doing such a great job. It is very much appreciated.

If you live in or around the Hamburg area and don't go to Grassroots you are missing out. they have the BEST customer service, the nicest and most efficient staff/owners, and they promote community health and well being. I always feel super comfortable asking questions or calling to get a prescription refilled. They are a FAMILY OWNED business and that says a lot for itself. I have never waited more than 30 seconds to talk directly to either Shelley or Lindsey (the pharmacists), and once they even called me when they were closed on the weekend because they got my message and wanted me to know they were working on my prescription. WOW. Seriously, quit wasting time and transfer to Grassroots RX today!!

This is the kind of pharmacy that I had no idea I was missing in my life until I discovered Grassroots. They provide the best and most personalized service, are always friendly, and they even carry the best gifts. Switching my scripts over was a piece of cake. I cannot recommend this family owned business highly enough!

Testing positive for Covid is no fun that too when you're visiting from another country but Ashif and his team at Grassroots helped us get through it quite painlessly. They were a very caring and very professional team! Thank you!

The smoothies here are so amazing!!! Just did the make your own smoothie bar and it was so fun filling up my cup with all that healthy goodness! They also have great gifts!

What a wonderful Pharmacy! The staff and pharmacist care about you as a whole person. They aren’t here just to dispense pills but to help you become the healthiest person you can! My husband and I swear by their cbd oil and are buying it for our family members that can benefit from it.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I went two days in a row, and the only reason I am not going again today is that I would like to have some money for groceries! (poor impulse control on my part.) Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, prices are reasonable, amazing items in inventory....I could wax on and on, but I will conclude by saying, if, like me, you are not done Christmas shopping....hit this place up!
