Driver Licensing Regional Office

Definitely very kind from start to finish! Make sure you make an appointment on line, AND get there more than 15 min before set appointment! Prepare yourself with all the documentation needed, as well. I got to this location 45 min before my appt time, and there was no wait!! Very few cars there when I pulled up (probably because I made it for between 9 and 10am). As soon as I walked in, it was smooth sailing!! Definitely recommend this location!

Very efficient very nice just make sure you arrive on time not earlier or late they even have walked ends but there is an hour or more weight for that just get an appointment and then you're right in and out very lovely staff

Took my Mom over for a renewal without an appointment, and it went very smoothly. They are now in the old Unemployment Office building and the Unemployment office has moved.to 2473 Fortune Dr.

Awesome staff here. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes, staff was attentive. This place is ran much more efficiently than leestown rd location

I have been to this specific location twice now and I don't have anything negative or bad to say about this place. Everyone that I have come in contact with is very professional and nice. I have only waited around 5-10 minutes before I have been seen by someone to renew my driver's license and both times I did not have an appointment scheduled.

This place was very busy and it took a few hours to walk in without an appointment. But the people were very nice and professional. There were so many people that I would've went crazy trying to deal.

From the lady at the front door, to the man at the reception desk and finally to the young man who actually got me my DL, all were polite, respectful and nice. Easy and quick appointment.

I never leave reviews but I felt compelled to today because I had such a good experience. I hate getting my drivers license renewed, usually put it off, and definitely set aside at least an hour for the process. I was pleasantly surprised by how organized, thorough, and pleasant my experience was today. I was in and out in under 15 minutes, and the staff was so polite and friendly. Would recommend making an appointment online ahead of time - I got in immediately.

My experience today was phenomenal and fast. The staff downstairs and upstairs where great. Be sure to use your debit or credit card, using cash is slower. Go figure. Whomever said that the staff was rude, it was probably because they didn’t have all of their documents in order. Old license, birth certificate, social security card, and a piece of mail stating your correct address. Simple!!!

Seems wierd to give a Drivers License place 5 stars but it was such an easy process. I thought it was going to be like other areas where you have to wait forever in a hard chair until your number is called. Not the case this time. We made an appointment online and were seen right away. No wait! When online earlier we were able to make sure we had everything we needed so there were no problems. The people were pleasant to work with and helpful.

Everyone was polite and services was taken care of right away.. would recommend this place for your driver's licensing needs.. they also do CDL's at this location.
