Nationwide Insurance: Radke & Associates LLC

Almost 20 years ago I started my automobile insurance with Jennifer Talley-Ash at Radke & Assoc. I’ve had to file a claim under my automobile policy and the process was easy and was taken care of very quickly. My husband and I also enlisted Jennifer’s help with life insurance as well. The entire office has always been polite and easy to work with through the years. Always going out of their way to assist us and making sure we had the necessary information to keep our policies current and with the correct coverage to suit our needs. Then recently I unfortunately had to place a claim for the life insurance coverage that we had purchased so many years ago. The call to Jennifer to let her know that my husband had passed was not an easy phone call for me personally. But Jennifer made me sense that I could feel her arms around me giving me a great big hug through the phone. She took the time to help me file the claim, she comforted me through a very difficult time and was more than an agent, and she was a friend. She was there to help me any way she could during a very difficult time. I will never forget that at all. Life is about how you treat one another, you are not just a policy, and you’re a person with real problems and are treated as such.
