Ziyan Salon & Holistic Day Spa

I always go back and forth between light and dark hair but a lot of the time my hair will get damaged pretty bad within the transition. Kelsey Sundall has been so patient with my hair and the process! My hair was BLACK and it absorbed the color drastically this time around and is being super difficult to come out. This past appointment has made me BLONDE! I absolutely love my hair and how much hard work Kelsey has put into it. Not to mention she makes the entire appointment comfortable and inviting!

I have been going to Megan at Ziyan for 5 years and have always been very happy with my color and cut. My husband and daughters go to her also now. The salon is so clean and everyone is so nice and helpful with products. I buy all of my hair products at Ziyan because they usually have a deal buy one, get one 50% off so that’s great!!

Last year, my friends and I had a spa day at a really expensive and luxurious salon. This year, we decided to try somewhere more affordable, so we booked at Ziyan. There were 5 of us, and we each got a combination of facials, massage, or pedicures. The salon was able to accommodate our group very easily, and offered us the quiet room to hang out between our services.
The day of our appointment, we showed up with food and drinks, and set up in the quiet room. The rest of the salon was bright and pretty and new and well-decorated, but the quiet room was really reminiscent of my friends’ parents’ basements in high school. It had a couple of couches and a table, but no windows, so it was a little dim and dreary. We still enjoyed having a place to hang out though!
Our services were great- very relaxing and rejuvenating. I felt amazing after my facial with Karina and my massage with Yulia. Definitely want to come back soon!
We enjoyed the robes they provided for use between services. They also had some really great discounts on products in the lobby, so I bought some dry shampoo. Overall, it was an awesome experience.

I absolutely love having my hair cut and highlighted at Ziyan Salon! The people there are amazing, and I always walk out with gorgeous hair!

I can not rave about this place enough! I love Kelsey, she has taken such great care of my blonde. She is fast and is always honest. My hair is 100x healthy since she’s taken care of it. I will be going here for EVER. 💕💕

Brandy did such an amazing job at my eye lash extensions! I was a bit nervous but she lead me through lash extension options and was thorough and honest throughout. I have gotten a professional massage twice now from Ziyan and both times were incredible! Not only were the massages great, but the customer service exceeds expectation. Had a great experience with Travis for my wedding makeup trial! He did a great job in listening and executing the look that I wanted. Plus, he was so easy to talk to! I am looking forward to working with him again on my wedding day!

Went in to get a gift card and this place is really nice. It looked very cozy and comfortable. There are a lot of different options you can get done, and there are many package deals. Can't wait to hear back on how great the experience is. The staff was very helpful, courteous, and professional. I recommend this place when you want to be pampered.

I moved to Kentucky in 2015 and being spoiled by having a friend in Ohio who was a hairstylist and always knew exactly what I wanted, I had yet to find a good stylist since moving here 7 years ago! I went to many different salons, across the board from high end to low end, economical and outrageous....and finally....7 years later I might have found a decent hair stylist! I have yet to have my hair colored but Leigh did a great job on my haircut and was super friendly and caring...just down to earth and she didn't try to sell me stuff (products, tools) that I knew and she knew I wouldn't use since I am pretty low maintenance. Thanks Leigh! I may try the Spa next :)

I had a great experience taking my mom to get her hair done, she got highlights and loved the result every time, I also recommend the massages and pedicures, the staff is always great with helping you schedule any spa appointments.

Chelsea was amazing! She cut my husband & sons hair nice and short! They are set & ready for the rest of the heat this summer is bringing! 😅🥰

Our first experience at a spa ever and it was wonderful. The space is bigger than you expect with lots of room to move around. Everyone is super pleasant as well! We had the facial/massage one hour experience and our only regret is that we didnt purchase the packs with longer times. My face felt so smooth after my facial and days later; and my back felt so relaxed after my message. I was so relaxed I fell asleep as soon as I got home! Brandy and Sergey were AMAZING and super knowledgeable. They were also incredibly friendly and made the experience comfortable. Can’t wait to go again!

First time here with with my husband for couples massage and it was excellent couldnt have asked for anything else, we will be coming more frequently. We loved and enjoyed every single moment to the calming water like background music to our massage therapists just being the best.

I can't say enough good things about this place! A friend (who's hair always looks awesome) recommended that I go to Kelsey. I had the best experience from start to finish. She listened to exactly how I wanted my hair and took her time and did not make me feel rushed. She was super professional and unbelievably NICE. She was very knowledgable and the way she layered my hair, you can tell she is so very talented! She made me feel very comfortable and I left there feeling like I never want anyone else to touch my hair!
