Sprinkles Georgetown

I have such a sweet tooth, and love all things sweet treats. So trust me when I say sprinkles is amazing! I’ve had most of their flavors, I love to try the special edition ones they come out with during holidays. My all time favorite is the triple cinnamon. This location is very small but has a cute little window nook to sit and eat at. The employees have always been friendly! My go-to spot for a cupcake in Georgetown.

I usually go to Sprinkles and the cupcakes are delicious! My last visit was this past Thursday (June 22nd), and the ladies working at the front counter were very kind and friendly. One lady even shared with me how to care for the cupcakes and gave me a cupcake care card with instructions on it. Thank you ladies for the smiles, kindness, and wonderful customer service! :)

This place has the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. I’m always surprised of people lining up on weekends in front of the Georgetown Cupcake shop because I tried their cupcakes and they are average at most. Sprinkles cupcakes are superior.

Great cupcakes and Joel is so nice! Joel has an heart of gold. Every time I've been there the people have been so kind. Btw, these cupcakes are actually amazing - Georgetown Cupcakes are not good

EXCELLENT customer service! We arrived at Sprinkles after a tasty meal at a local restaurant. We were greeted with a smile and an exuberant welcome. Sprinkles offers a variety of flavor options, vegan cupcakes, cookies, beverages and a loyalty program. The icing on a few was very sweet but the cupcake was very moist. We purchased 10 cupcakes which cost roughly $40 (picture of 8 is attached, my sister took two home). The flavors included vegan red velvet, Cuban coffee, cinnamon sugar, chocolate and coconut. The chocolate cupcake is designed for chocolate lovers; the cupcake literally melts in your mouth. The coconut cupcake reminded me of my mother’s homemade coconut cake which is a family staple. Overall a wonderful experience!

I ordered a Birthday cake for my man but I'm outside of US, so I sent them an email because their website doesn't accept my bank card, they answered me very fast and helped me to proceed the payment in another way. Their customer service department responds quickly and efficiently. My man liked the sprinkle birthday cake so much, he said it tastes so good. We would love to order cakes from them again in the future. Very good services 👍.

Decided to try Sprinkles after seeing the line (+ reviews mentioning unfriendly service) at Georgetown Cupcakes) and was not disappointed! The staff at Sprinkles was incredibly friendly and ordering couldn’t have been easier. There were a few customers ahead of me but the kiosks allowed for quick, simple ordering. The red velvet cupcakes were great but the pumpkin was my favorite!

Tasty cupcakes, moist with a great tasting frosting without being overwhelming. The flavors are all good, I would be interested to see more of a variety of seasonal flavors in addition to their base menu.

I love Sprinkles!! The cupcakes are delicious. The staff is friendly. My absolute favorite is the coconut, light and fluffy, absolutely devine! My boyfriend also loves their gluten free cupcakes, but wishes they would add some more gf flavors to choose from.

It was busy but the line goes fast because of the convenient iPad ordering system. The staff were very friendly and order comes really quick! The cupcakes are soooo good! We got red velvet and lemon blueberry! My husband and I loved it! Their cream cheese frosting is the best! Cupcakes are so moist and delicious! Packaging is super cute!

I absolutely love their salted caramel cupcakes! I’m not a big fan of the rainbow sprinkle cupcakes, because they are not fun to chew. Every time I go from here on out, I will order half a dozen salted caramel cupcakes because they are the best! 🧁 Great Customer Service!

My favorite cupcake spot in DC! They’re so light and not overly sweet. Definitely in for a treat, and you don’t have to wait in a long line. My usual go to’s are red velvet, banana, and dark chocolate!

I’ve been a Sprinkles fan for many years now. The red velvet cupcakes are my very favorite dessert. The cream cheese frosting knocks it out of the park every time. They are just absolutely delicious cupcakes. I recommend becoming a rewards members if you live near a Sprinkles location. I frequently get a free cupcake. This place is definitely worth a visit if you have never been.

I always enjoy going to Sprinkles. I went right before they closed and there was no line, a lot of cupcakes were sold out but still a great selection. I have brought lots of people here too.

10/10 experience!!! I loved the contactless payment, good covid protocols and the amazing moist cupcakes. I’ve only had sprinkles a few times at birthday parties and I decided to go there on my own; one of the best cupcake stores in DC! The staff is superb and the cupcakes come out efficiently!

Was in the area when I noticed this cupcake shop and decided to go in to get a treat. It's a very simple set up which is good because I think they stick to what they do and that do it very well. I tried the seasonal raspberry and a normal vanilla. I think that if you do vanilla very well it shows your skill and the vanilla and raspberry were both delicious! They truly tasted homemade to me where sometimes a cupcake will still have that sort of manufacturered taste. Some people think they're too sweet and really what you can do about that because we all have our preferences, but I didn't think they were too sweet I thought that the lovely icing complimented the moist cake perfectly. I think I'll be asking for my birthday cake/cupcakes from here from now on!

My daughter purchased a beautiful half dozen of cupcakes yesterday morning. Unfortunately, I made a sudden stop, the box slid and the cupcakes were all shuffled around in the box. I returned to Sprinkles, prepared to pay for another half dozen. To my surprise they replaced the entire order, at no additional cost! Now that’s AMAZING Customer Service.

Absolute best cupcakes!! I traveled to DC and the first order of business was to order cupcakes for delivery. The first door dasher stole my order but the store made it right. This kind act made my day! I had been craving these cupcakes for weeks. The banana and red velvet are the best!!

I’ve always enjoyed their cupcakes. Super moist and the butter cream icing is amazing.
