I absolutely love our Hollywood Feed store’s staff!!! They are always happy to help, look up things or help carry to your car. I’m so grateful for their patience answering questions or swapping tales about our pets. It’s always a bright spot to my day!

Hollywood Feed has an excellent employee in Blake! He spent over 30 minutes with me reviewing dog foods as I had to make a switch for my extra large dog who has IBS. His customer service went way beyond what would be considered "helping" and he was knowledgeable, compassionate and genuinely seemed to care about animals/my dog. I would highly recommend Hollywood Feed for any of your pet shopping needs - Blake should be commended for being an exceptional employee! He made my shopping experience easy, fun and I felt confident in my choice for my dog (with special requirements due to medical condition) based on his time and research for me. Way to go Blake!

I love Hollywood Feed! Every time I go in, the staff are so Friendly and helpful. They always make great suggestions for treats and food for my dogs. The choice of treats is excellent when you are trying to feed your animal good quality food and treats.

I am having trouble putting into words how amazing this place is. My very first experience, I was afraid this was one of those wallet breakers but I walked in with a whole list of allergies my German Shepherd had. The WHOLE TEAM scattered and helped me find a food that doesn’t have 1 ingredient Mayhem is allergic too. This food she’s fed now, she’s shiny, not itchy, AND her vet is over the moon with how good this food is for her and her fistulas. I set up the auto ship and I have in the instructions not to knock since May is reactive and they sent me a flyer to their training classes (which I had no idea they had) to help me with her reactivity. Coupons have been sent with her food AND EVEN TREATS THAT SHES NOT ALLERGIC TO! I have never dreamed of a pet store that actually cares about the animals. That strives to get what’s best for the pups and kittens. I ALWAYS tell everyone about this store because you will never find a place as loving and committed as Hollywood Feed. Also, the toys are SO CUTE!!! Also recommend signing up for the texts! So many great deals and little specials. I can’t begin to thank the staff enough!

My dog was having a hard time eating his current food. My husband and I happened upon this place by luck while out on a Saturday afternoon together. The staff is very helpful. A lady working there was very helpful and offered several choices for our dog. They have an outstanding return policy if your dog/cat doesn't like what you bring home to them. You can even order online and have it delivered. Our new #1 pet store for our Pup.

Hollywood Feed in Lexington is a wonderful place to shop for my Animal Crew! They carry Victor for my Dogs, plus great lines of food for my Cat. They also carry Mother Hubbard Treats, which my Dogs are wild for. Their Employees are quite knowledgeable, and able to answer questions to help if your Dogs need anything Supplement wise.

I love this store, it carries a lot of great products from brands that I trust and the staff is amazingly friendly and recognize my dogs and know their names. It makes the shopping seem more personal.
