Healthy Smiles of the Bluegrass

I was a new patient today. I have massive dentist anxiety and avoid the dentist like the plague! I was told I needed to spend $800 for a deep cleaning after insurance by a dentist chain. I knew my teeth where in bad shape so that was disappointing. I'm so thankful I went to Healthy Smiles for a second opinion! Imagine my surprise when they ran my insurance and quoted me $120!

Every interaction I had from even just Jackie making, canceling my intial then rebooking a few weeks later was, to Cheyenne to Dr. Wasson herself was pleasant and welcoming! I never felt ashamed! I felt like I was having a pleasant conversation with old friends the whole time even with my social anxiety! Cheyenne, even tried to help get to the root of my brushing anxiety!

I'm actually looking forward to my follow up visit in a few weeks.
I can't thank you wonderful ladies enough!

Dr McClanahan and her staff are amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable, and relaxed. The office is nice and clean! She answered all my questions throughly and took her time I never felt rushed. My son who is a toddler and I will definitely be using her from now on! 😃

Dr. McClanahan, Shannon and Jayden made me feel comfortable the moment I enter their office to the moment I left their office. I haven't seen a dentist in years due to PTSD/traumatic experience that left me self-conscious about my teeth. I thought I would need a deep cleaning but I just needed a routine cleaning. While at Healthy Smiles, they made me smile from ear to ear especially when I came home. Now I can trust a dentist again! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for treating me so gently and making me feel confident in my smile again. It was truly a great experience! So glad to say that I will be seeing you all again in the future! You all are amazing at what you do and truly care about your clients.

The most comfortable place I've been to for Dentistry. Calming atmosphere and staff who know what they are doing and are so friendly to work with. Will be back in 6 months for my next appointment. Thanks Cheyenne :)

Yesterday I was in Winchester for my 12 noon appt. Nothing! No one was there. Apparently there was a mistake. Booked me for 9am in Lexington. Once again Nothing! No one there! Wasted my time and gas!
