Clays Mill Baptist Church

I have decided to visit the local churches and find out what they're about and what you can expect !!
The people are very friendly and The singing and preaching I thought were quite good they have a nice building well maintained and clean.
it seems like a wonderful place to make new friends and live out a life following God.
most people were dressed business professional but you should be welcomed with whatever you choose to wear within some reason I imagine.
I plan on being back for more!!! it was a fun time !!!

I go to Chesapeake Baptist Church in VA. If I lived around here, this is the church I would be at. Pastor Jeff Fugate is a GREAT preacher.

Good place to worship, and if you live in the area, would highly recommend. They hold true to solid Biblical truth and standards, but are not legalistic. A great example of a good Independent Fundamental heritage.

This place is amazing! Although this is not my home church, I have been to a tournament and a youth conference they have hosted, and those were both amazing!!!

Welcoming church, the members are friendly, and even though it is big, you will be treated like family.

I attended the Wednesday night service last night. It was refreshing to see people dressed like they were coming to worship the Lord. The music was very God honoring. I love the hymns. They preaching was very challenging. He preached on guarding the mind. No matter how old you are the flesh and the spirit will always be at odds. I appreciated the welcome that I got from the people. This was my first visit but it will not be my last.

Love going to church here they was great welcoming my kids and me and my kids love going and they have children church for the younger children so the parents can focus in service easier my two younger children love going to children church and my 5 at the time now 6 years old was baptized

Pastor Fugate is a man who truly has a heart for God and his community. Some of the sweetest people go to church here.

This is my home church. It's full of love, compassion, and full of biblical convictions alongside the humility guiding by the Holy Spirit. Church members are friendly and helpful to one another and to visitors. Jesus has taught this church to love God first, following to love your neighbor which would be us loving one another.

I accepted Jesus as my Saviour 21 years ago. Got into a Bible believing church after. I have been in several different churches for preaching meetings and as a member. My family and I love Clay's Mill Road Baptist Church! We were always encouraged in The Lord, especially when days were dark. Perfect churches don't exist on earth. It was perfect for us! May be God will move us back :)

Recently moved to Lexington from GA without my family. Visited a few churches, and I have to say Clays Mill Road is the friendliest and welcoming church I have been to. The music is mostly traditional, but not stale and boring. The pastor is so kind and personally welcomed me. He does preach from the KJV. I prefer the NKJV it's more understandable I think for new people coming to church. But the preaching is great!! Powerful, doctrinally sound, and Christ honoring. They still believe in good old fashioned soul winning. They have a bus ministry that picks up around a 1000 kids on Sundays from around the surrounding communities and minister to these kids. I really love this church. They do it the right way. Not like so many " seeker friendly " churches that try to look and act like the world to draw people in and candy coating the gospel. People need to hear they are a wicked sinner and in need of a Savior. That's what it took for me.

This is an old fashion friendly church with preaching and teaching from God’s Holy Word! They sing traditional hymns of faith from the hymnal !! A fantastic choir , special music before the preaching , No hard rock band...only the beautiful piano & organ as accompaniment! I highly recommend Clays Mill Rd., Baptist Church 🙏

I live in Clayton, New Mexico but watch the live stream services with my smartphone. It is necessary for me to do this because the nearest Bible believing church is 85 miles away. The preaching of Pastor Fugate is a blessing to me, and I very much appreciate the fact that he preaches from the King James Bible.

I went to this church for NYFC (national youth fundamentalist conference) last year, and definitely would like to go this year! I love what they stand for and would definitely recommend!

They are an old fashioned Baptist Church. The people are friendly and welcoming. My family enjoyed the service, and the preaching from the King James Bible.

Great faithful pastor and people. KJV and old hymns. Conservative Bible teaching. Great youth outreach! Huge innercity bus ministry.

Love Pastor Fugate and staff and the memebrs of Clays Mill. They are some great Christians to know and the preaching of God's Word is right on.
