I recently moved to Lexington and was fortunate to find Dr. Drew Couch. He and all of his staff were very welcoming and personable. I arrived early to my appointment, but they took me right away. They provided a thorough exam and cleaning. Hard to imagine a better dental experience. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr.Couch is the best dentist I have ever been to. He remembers things about me beyond just being a patient. He asks about my life and really cares about his patients. Dr. Couch’s enthusiasm and character is the reason why I actually returned 6 moths for my cleanings! The staff here is very welcoming and helpful. Don’t go anywhere else in Lexington besides here- you won’t regret it!

Absolutely wonderful! Instead of just filling the cavities and sending me on my way, he helped me figure out why they were occurring based on their location as well as solutions for how to prevent them. The problem is not always from lack of brushing or flossing (which is the only thing I’ve been told since I was a child), but from sleeping with my mouth open causing it to dry coupled with acid reflux so mild I didn’t know I had it. Very grateful for his insights, understanding, and knowledge he shared so I can prevent future cavities and better my overall health.

Dr Couch was super nice and knowledgeable! Doesn’t sugarcoat anything which I personally appreciate! Very friendly and not intimidating in the least. Office staff were great! Highly recommend him!

Dr Couch and hygienist Kris have been my dental care team for many years. The entire staff is friendly and professional. All members of my family receive their dental care from Dr. Couch and his skilled team. It’s easy to get in and out of the office, which is on the first floor. I highly recommend them.

Everyone in the office is so nice! Amazing experience from the receptionist, the hygienist, and Dr. Couch! Will definitely recommend to everyone!

Dr. Couch is the best dentist I’ve seen. He really takes the time to personalize your care and builds a friendship as well. The entire team go above and beyond to make sure your experience is great. I’ve had several procedures and have never experienced any pain and have always been satisfied. I would recommend him to anyone!

I am not an easy patient and I get anxious when the drill comes out. But this has been the absolute best experience I’ve had with dental work!

Dr. Couch and Shelby have been very thoughtful and patient with me. Dr. Couch will stop working when he knows I’m getting anxious, to make sure I am okay; and usually starts chatting about something that takes my mind off my nervousness for a few minutes. Shelby will offer you a blanket if you’re cold as well as ear buds to listen to the TV while they are working on you. I have experienced ZERO post-procedural pain!

They take pride in their work and want to make sure you are happy with the results. I can not say enough how excellent the service and care has been so far!

Initial appt with Dr Couch to set up a continuing care plan. Front office very courteous and welcoming. Assistant also great in getting me prepared for Dr Couch. He was very thorough in all procedures to assess current condition and explaining to me where to go from here. I will return for a scheduled cleaning. He has a new patient.
