We had a lake in our basement after every rainfall. The "Everything Basementy" team came and fixed it with plans drawn up by Chris Wilmouth, who made the process all clear. The electrician came a day in advance and prepared the site. Thomas and his team appeared right on schedule the next morning and put in a hard day's work capturing the inflow and moving it to a sumping system with numerous backups. The water is sent down the mountain without any pooling or inconvenience outside. Our basement was bone dry after 3 days of heavy rain. It would be an understatement to say that we are thrilled to be able to use our basement without donning waders!
One of the best things about the team that served us was their remarkable courtesy. They covered our air conditioning ducts to prevent dust in the system, sealed off the gap under the door to the basement stairs, warned me when noise (jack-hammering) would occur. I breathed a sigh of relief when they unloaded their truck and I saw stacks of 5-gallon buckets. Thomas said, "Oh, we cart away all rubble." Our basement was cleaner when they left than we've ever seen it! Before, during, and after in the sequence below.

Seriously, we were looking for a way to reduce the dampness/humidity of the space from the ground, improve air quality, reduce rodent problems, and protect the new HVAC system installed a few months previous. Danny Camunas explained the process well, and the team completed the project in two days. We are very happy with the way the results.

This is my second time using this company and I think that speaks for itself. My system designer was Chris both times. Warren and his crew did such an awesome professional job restoring my leaky, icky basement this time. They were professional, efficient walked me through the process every step of the way until the end. I am finally able to use a space thanks to Fortress. And it is my belief you get what you pay for and I believe I received the most elite waterproofing system with superb service. The air quality in my basement was better immediately.

After noticing a long crack in our basement wall -- and some slight bowing -- my husband and I researched how one would go about fixing such a problem...and who we would want to hire to do it. (We're reasonably handy, but figure you call the experts for foundation issues!)
Danny Camunas arrived right on time, thoroughly inspected our problem, and walked us through what he'd want to do to fix it. He answered all our questions and gave us time to discuss what we wanted to do.
Ahead of our scheduled work, the entire team was communicative and answered all our questions. They sent materials ahead to help us prepare for the crew's arrival.
The crew, headed by Toby whose last name I didn't catch, was right on time and worked quickly. When they ran into a problem that would prevent them from fixing a wall in the way they'd planned, Toby clearly explained the issue and offered alternative solutions. The work was finished the following week -- with the same crew, which I appreciated. After both visits, they even cleaned up after themselves.
When we had one last followup question, Danny responded immediately. Sometimes it feels impossible to get responses from companies coming to your house to do work, but everyone at Fortress really made us feel like they cared.
We'd absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done on their home.

We couldn't be happier with the work done by Fortress Foundation Solutions to replace some piers/posts under our home. There were a few options available to us, and I appreciate that they presented all of them, then wrote the contract for the least expensive option (at a very reasonable price, especially now that I see all the work that was involved). There was no attempt to upsell or over-engineer the repair. Communication throughout the process was great. And Jeff and his crew onsite were outstanding. Part of the repair was right beside a garden area, and the care they took to make sure that nothing was damaged was incredible...you'd hardly know they'd been here. A well-deserved 5 stars.

Great job, and very well done by Crew Foreman Scott, and technicians Danny and Nathan. They were very polite and well mannered, as well as very professional. Their box truck with tools and materials, was tidy and organized. They worked hard and got the work done in a timely manner. They took pride in their work! Scott and his crew kept us informed on the whole process. After installing the Smart Jack system in our crawl space, they gently leveled and stabilized our floor in our 38 year old house. I’m very satisfied, and happy with Fortress Foundation Solutions. Also a thank you to Troy who initially came out to give us an estimate. Troy was very thorough on his inspection, and was able to identify all the problems with our floors.

Most definitely recommend! We had a big issue with humidity in our home. The whole process was so easy, kudos to Hannah and Holly for helping schedule and take care of payments. Can’t say enough about Charlie and his team! They were so nice throughout whole the whole install. They were jamming out and get work done - it was refreshing to hear them singing and talking as well. You can tell they enjoy their work and each other. Warren and crew did amazing work installing our WaterGuard drainage system for our basement in Ruckersville, VA. He was exceptionally communicative about arrival/timing, the scope of the work, and about any developments/findings along the way. They were incredibly considerate of our pets and even helped us put back up our plastic sheeting after my cat plowed through it before they arrived the second day, and he offered to concrete our sump pit we'd filled in from our old homebrew install. From beginning to end I was extremely pleased. Salesman Caleb Stone was patient and thorough and answered all questions promptly. He didn’t just sell the project but stayed on top throughout.
The team was also very professional and polite. Waterproofing is a very loud and messy job and they did their best to keep the dust and noise confined to the basement. Crew leader Travis Farmer did an excellent job keeping everything on track. He was competent and thorough and always let me know what they were doing and when they would come and go. He paid attention to detail and made sure all work was done correctly and on time. On top of all that, they were the friendliest bunch of young men and a pleasure to have around!

Travis Farmer and his crew were wonderful. On time, good listeners, professional, well equipped, polite, explain the process etc. These are the contractors you are happy to have in your home. If I have other needs from Fortress Foundation I will request Travis and his crew.

From the very start, our experience with Fortress Foundations Solutions was positive and professional. Our System Designer (Eddie Salido) was nothing short of excellent in his assessment of our needs and he designed a system that we hope will solve our flooding issues. Tenelle (Teeny) and his crew (I wish I had their names to shout them out individually) were exceptional. Prompt, professional and very courteous. They explained exactly what the game plan was for the installation and made sure any questions/concerns were addressed before even unloading their equipment and supplies. A-1 service. They took great care to protect everything in and outside of the work area. Upon completion the cleanup and walkthrough to make sure we were satisfied left us assured that they were not only well trained but carried out that training the fullest extent. Very pleased and satisfied for a job well done.

Warren Dickerson was our crew team leader. The team was polite , professional and did a great job of installing the carbon fiber supports for our basement.
And the price was $1000 cheaper than JES for the same work quoted.
