Hourglass was very modern, classy and clean inside. I felt like it was a spa-like experience. My aesthetician explained everything to me and even did a quote for cost before we got started. They let my mom come back with me which made me feel more comfortable. They did not pressure me into buying extra services or do a big sales pitch to me which I thought was refreshing. They gave me a brochure and answered all of my questions. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I will be back. Everything was quick and there was off street parking around back.

My experience at hourglass was great, Dustyn was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in detail. She was reassuring because I was a bit nervous since it was my first visit. She did a great job and it was quick and painless. All of the staff was so nice and helpful as well. I will definitely be back 🤍

Brandy does my Brazilians here and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER!! She is very efficient and friendly! She doesn’t make it weird and she talks to you like an actual human being!! I 10/10 recommend her if it’s your first time and you scared about it! She made it 10x better knowing that I wasn’t being judged at all!

Hourglass is a great place to go for all things aesthetics! A beautifully downtown Lexington located building that is decorated and designed absolutely gorgeously, you will feel like you’re in a spa! All of the providers are wonderful and professional.

I went to Hourglass recently for my first time tox and lip filler experience. The environment was beautiful and very calming. Perfect for a self care day! The best part was my injector Hannah who was very knowledgeable and provided me with enough information about what I was getting done to be really comfortable with it, and I am still obsessed with the results! Can’t wait to go back!

Katana is absolutely amazing! I would 10/10 recommend. She has the sweetest personality and will ensure your hair will look amazing when leaving. One of my favorite things is that she takes your hair health and goals into consideration before starting your service.

I have followed Jill everywhere she has worked. She's phenomenal and the BEST there is. Always has a smile on her face and listens to my concerns. Isabel did my hand tied hair extensions and I absolutely love them! She does an amazing job and works with you to get your dream hair! I highly recommend going to see her.
