Ramada by Wyndham Lexington North Hotel & Conference Center

I stayed here for a few weeks. First off the staff are friendly. There is no question about that. The staff are extremely professional and happy. I am not sure if it’s just Kentucky people but they seemed to be unbothered by my rudeness. I will be staying again. The staff and the manager as well as the staff doing work around the facility were extremely kind. I didn’t have any problems that they couldn’t solve. Dustin went out of his way a few to help me so I am thankful.

It is an older hotel but the room was very clean, there was no smell and no bugs. We were on the second floors so that may make a difference. The staff was excellent and the common areas were clean and neat. The coffee in the room is better than the coffee at the breakfast. Housekeeping was very accommodating when asked.

The hot tub was down, the hotel was typical as was the rooms. Why 5 stars, the service. The service was AMAZING. The transport gave me 3 rides returning me after check out due to airline issues. They waited in the lot for me and really could have told me no. As a result I got the best sleep. Thanks to the team there for flexibility and especially to the driver.

This is an older inn that has been mostly nicely renovated. The bed was great. The best hotel bed I've ever slept in. We just got a new Stearns & Foster pillow top mattress at home. This one felt very comparable. It had a mini coffee maker which was great. The water saving fixtures still gave adequate water pressure for a good shower. The air unit was quiet and effective and never woke me when the compressor kicked in and I'm a light sleeper. Never heard other guests. Very pleased with our stay. Only complaint is that the bathroom door did not close completely. Would have liked more privacy there. Free breakfast tasted okay. Great variety to choose from. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Would recommend for a great night sleep. I would stay there again.

From the time we walked in the host at the desk was very polite. The hotel was very clean. They had a nice bar area in the lobby with comfy seating. Yes the carpet was outdated but what hotel under $100 a night isn't!? We stayed in a room with a king bed. It was super comfy. There was a nice sitting area to lounge out and watch tv in your room. The part I absolutely loved about our room was there was a well lit vanity area separate from the bathroom which is a huge bonus when you are staying with another person. The continental breakfast could have offered a little more but when it's free who can really complain. I would definitely stay here again. There was not much you could complain about!

My expectations were very low considering how modest the rates were. I was impressed immediately how nice and clean everything was but I must say above all the STAFF was by far the most efficient friendly and professional I have met at a hotel in literal decades. Top notch service from check-in to check-out! More specifically second shift front desk person Lisa went above and beyond the call of duty to help meet the needs of my extremely high maintenance toddler on more than one occasion. Whatever they are paying her it is not enough....plus an hour later checkout time than usual..whats not to like?

I was impressed by both the friendly friendly FRIENDLY service and the accommodation. I heard reviews and I can't say anything negative about my experience. I was in a back building where it didn't look like many guests were and maybe that had avoided some of the issues I have heard about. But the room was clean and had no problems. The service was great about checking on needs and being lenient when we had come in so late in the night to allow us to check out later. I am so impressed I intend to let TripAdvisor know and take the time on another review. I stayed there two happy nights in Building Five on the Third Floor. Color me happily impressed!

The best bed I ever slept on. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. I would definitely stay here again. Plus check out was breeze. The guy who checked us out made us feel like home.

Exactly what we expected. Dated but clean old fashioned Ramada. Room was big. Some old fixtures, But everything worked. Wifi was slow, but free and worked. Loved the grab and go breakfast. Hard boiled eggs upon request. Muffins, some sort of cheapo pastry, activa yogurt, apples and bananas. Coffee and water. No cereal or milk. Nothing hot, except coffee was very hot and could get it Bold. There also was coffee in room, but did not try. Pretty quiet although next to highway. Just ran the fan all night for white noise, we were in back of hotel. Which was about 1/2 mile round trip walk with some stairs to get to lobby/breakfast, but was a welcomed walk for weary driving legs! Ice machines not working(suspect unplugged), but you can request/get ice from front. We did not need to as we had ice in cooler for drinks. And our freezer packs refroze in the room fridge overnight! Put them in the back where frost built up. Worked well.

Extremely great staff. The guy that was always working was extremely happy & helpful. He was extremely patient & any time I asked for helped he did it. I think his name is Dustin but I recommend any of the staff. Very happy with my experience.

I stay here every trip to Pa and return to Arkansas. Reasonable rates 10.00 pet fee and good breakfast although limited to take out due to Covid. Staff is great! Rooms are clean and easy on/off access to highways. Gas station next door makes it handy. Housekeeping is great! For the price, this is my travel home!

We held my daughter and son in law's wedding reception here on June 9, 2018 in the ballroom. The staff was more than accommodating in every aspect of the planning, food selection, setting up & decorating! James met me at the door when I arrived and helped me unload a truck full of items that I needed for the set up, he was very polite, kind and helpful. The General Manager, Robert was beyond FABULOUS with all of his help and guidance to ensure our event was more than memorable for years to come! Sandy & Mindy in the banquet department went ABOVE & BEYOND all of my expectations during the event to ensure everything was handled properly & in a timely manner. Jessica & Naomi helped with the set up and were servers the night of the event along with Ashley and they did a FANTASTIC job with getting refills, clearing plates, keeping the punch fountain filled, serving the cake etc... The next day, we enjoyed one of the BEST complimentary continental breakfasts that we had ever seen! They not only had the standard foods like bagels, doughnuts, and cereal but also biscuits & gravy, sausage patties and links, pancakes, waffles etc... Hats off to Mona, the lady that kept the food coming and the area tidy while everyone enjoyed their breakfast on Sunday morning! After breakfast we enjoyed some time at both the indoor and outdoor pools. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and the excellent staff at Ramada Inn Lexington that took great care of us! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for ANY EVENT you may be having! Mindy was so fun an made us feel so welcome! The door was broken she walked way down and let us in with a smile on her face even offered to carry our luggage!! She was a breath of fresh air after such a long car ride. Rooms are also very clean and we loved the lounge. I definitely recommend

We have no complaints. The hotel is a little dated but definitely worth the price. No bugs, no smell, and a quiet/comfy place to sleep.

Love it when I stay. 2 pools indoor and outdoor. Fitness center. Has relaxing places to set if you don't want to set in your rooms. The staff goes out of their way to help guest. Good breakfast. Warm relaxing rooms.
Bad part is walking a hundred miles to use the guest laundry.

Have stayed here a couple of times. Very clean rooms. Enjoyed my stays both times. The pools are nice. Continental breakfast here is great. They also have a restaurant, bar and weight room. As well as other amenities. Staff was very helpful.

Checking in and out is super fast. There is an indoor pool and outdoor pool. There is a restaurant that is open during certain hours. A bar by the main lobby. They have washer and dryers if you need to do laundry. There is a small gym with a stationary bicycle, treadmill and some weights. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and spacious! The continental breakfast is full of goodies and probably the best I've ever had at any hotel (bagels, cereals, oatmeal packets, donuts, muffins, biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, pancake maker with assorted toppings, mixture of juices, teas, hot cocoa, coffee. We even had a door lock mess up and we're locked out of the room for a while and they refunded us completely!

We travel to Lexington on a regular basis due to appointments at UK! We stayed here for the first time & we fell in love with our stay! The price was awesome, room was outstanding, very clean, there were no unpleasant smells, bathroom very clean, lots of extra's that most do not offer as complimentary! We will be staying there from now on! Got our reward card before we left! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

We had my daughter's 15th birthday pool party at the Ramada inn. Us girls had so much fun, we had joining rooms. Played our music danced all night and though we were a little bit loud didn't even get bothered with anyone trying to ruin our fun. I loved that about this place compared to others I've been before

Great staff, clean, free breakfast and wifi. Grounds and lobby are very nice. There is a full bar. Basic rooms, but comfortable. Better quality than many hotels that cost twice the price.
