Four Points by Sheraton Lexington

One of the best hotels ever. Elegant soap dispensers in the shower. Plenty of towels. Great pillows and bed. Able to make the room quite dark for late mornings. Checkout 12 noon. Nice TV a day channels. Good quality furniture. Had some gnats. Toilet small and tight fit near door. My first floor room had a patio to smoke on. Great parking in the back. Very clean place. Remote control sucked. Only the Channel and volume buttons worked. Complimentary water bottle by the sink. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here for the week

This hotel was incredible. The spaces were clean and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. I was stranded in Lexington due to a flight change and they sent a shuttle to collect me from the airport. Their bar is enjoyable and their staff offered to keep the pool open late so that a few guests could continue to enjoy the facilities. I was offered a late check-out since I was flying out at 6pm, and they paid for my taxi to the airport when the shuttle wasn't running. Overall, I was extremely impressed and would gladly stay again.

Great clean hotel. I actually worked here as well as stayed at multiple locations all over the country.
It's one hotel you know will always be clean and have friendly employees that make you feel welcome, no matter what location you're going to.
Working there you learn a lot more about how they operate. They make sure to keep everything updated in working order and most importantly they're very big on keeping everything clean - which I believe is the most important thing to any hotel that my family will be staying in. I would highly recommend!

Great customer service cannot begin to describe my experience. The staff from Manager, Front Desk and bartender were like none I have experienced in travels in such a long time. I cannot say enough. The best hotel I've stayed in my 6 weeks of travel. I hate to leave.

Food and drinks were reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant. The food was good although the salad was over dressed. The server was super friendly (took off a couple of bucks for the salad) and she really knows how to make a good martini.

The staff at this Four Points Sheraton was exceptionally friendly. The only downside was the construction going on across the street. Other than that it was one of the best hotel visits I ever had. The beds were insanely comfortable (Those pillows and blankets were amazing!), the bathroom had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers, and the overall stay was above average. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I go back to Lexington. They did have a breakfast buffet in the morning with eggs, waffles, fruit, cereal, bagles, buiscits, sausage gravy, and drinks. It ran a little over $11 after taxes and began at 0630 to 1000 if I remember correctly. The bar closed at midnight.

Very nice location. I was quite surprised as the area isn't the greatest but the staff was nice, the breakfast and dinner were very good. The room was very nice and the internet was very good as well. Well worth the trip and will stay again.

I was allowed to use my livingsocial deal on New Years Eve! The food was very good, as well as the service. My only complaint is that Fox News was displayed on the big screen in the restaurant. I have boycotted McDonald's for the same reason. In just 5 minutes I heard 6 bald faced lies. Please put on a real news station, Sheraton.

Spent just 10 seconds at front desk getting my key card and I appreciated that! Comfy bed, thumbs up! They did deactivate my key card a day early, but that was sorted out quickly.

Huge room. No worries about charging devices wherever you sit. From the desk, beds, to the couch in the sitting room. Fridge/Micro. HBO, windows open all of the way. Faculty happy and nice. Thx for granting me a 1:00 checkout

Very friendly, helpful, and professional staff. The room was great apart from some minor maintenance issues like the bathroom door not closing. Airport shuttle is a plus.

Went for a professional seminar and the venue was more than adequate. Had plenty of space, was easy to find, and allowed for easy communication for the presenter. Overall, great for professional events!

Great hotel. Friendly staff. It was very busy (Horse Capital Marathon, state track meet, and an ultimate Frisbee tournament). Most places would be inundated, but everything went very smoothly

Every time we stay here it is a diamond quality stay!! Great staff awesome and amazing food!! Please have their amazing breakfast the chef is humourous and cooks extremely well!!

Very clean, our room with a single king bed was really big. No complaints, but breakfast is $10.99

The meeting areas were spacious and clean, and the staff were very welcoming, and able to assist in a timely fashion. I would definitely attend an event here again.

The staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean. There is a McDonald's right next to it which was convenient.
