Inn On Broadway Downtown Lexington

Great hotel, highly recommended! The rooms are amazing especially for the price per night. We booked more than one night and made it a little cheaper but only $60 a night and the rooms are all modern decor and they are like little sweets instead of just a plain hotel room. They have a separate room attached to the bedroom/bathroom area that has a couch with a microwave, refrigerator, and a second TV besides the one in the bedroom! Like I said Highly Recommended and I can't brag on this place enough! 10 out of 5 stars!

Great service, very clean, quiet! a lot of room, we had a king room with a sitting room and a couch that makes a bed, we moved it around to see where it was the best for us since we didn't need it as a bed. Jet tub, nice king bed, close to everything especially UK hospital unfortunately where we had to be close during this very tough family time. Everything in our room was nice including the toilet paper(Angel soft) and Kleenex.😊 A lot of satellite stations on tv, (nice when you want to keep your mind off of the hospital).When they clean the room, they really clean the room, not just stock it. I love the fireplace in the lobby, its December now and it's so Christmas like.Thank you management.We would Absolutely stay here again!

Although under construction, the room was very clean & cozy. The carpet had stains but again, it's under construction so Just over look the minor flaws. They were very courteous & friendly. The breakfast was not elaborate but they did have muffins, danishes, bread got toast & cereal. Considering I'm not a huge on breakfast, it was plenty for me.

My friend and I were looking for an inexpensive room before a race. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which was by no means fancy, but was excellent for the price. The man at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant at check-in. Our room was clean and large, and even though some things in the hotel were older like the TVs, which some reviews complained about, everything was fine. The bed was comfortable and they had a large continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

It was pretty good...they are working on it to improve the appearance. The staff was super friendly. We really did enjoy our stay. The price is good too. I liked that our AC under the window was pretty quiet. Some can be so nerve wracking. At least in the room we stayed in. We will stay there again. Hope you have a good experience as well 😊

I have stayed here multiple times. The accommodations are well worth the money. Small continental breakfast is available. The staff members are friendly. And they always welcome me as if I'm returning home. The rooms are clean and the Jacuzzi tubs are a plus in the suite rooms. I enjoy my stays at the Inn and I recommend this place every chance I get. It also helps that they give a discount to medical stays as the hospital is just across the street.

Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and stay. They didn't have a room that we reserved clean when we arrived so we got a free upgrade to nicer accommodations! Only downside to the stay was it was right next to a small neighborhood and the neighbors had a dog who likes to bark, frequently in the mornings.

This was a very nice hotel. The rooms were large. The beds were comfortable. It was very clean and nicely decorated. My only complaint would be that you could not adjust the air conditioning. You either had to turn it off or on.

Absolutely a must stay place if you have a loved on at St. Joseph Hospital on Broadway and can't stay with them. Discount rates for family with loved ones in hospital. Very nice clean room and all the amenities like mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, living/luncheon area, and separate sleeping room. Very nice staff! Certainly happy to recommend!!!

Nice comfortable hotel and convenient to downtown. Breakfast is OK nothing special just a typical continental breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also it was quiet around the area and inside the hotel room. I would be happy to stay again.

Very quick check in and the room was very clean. The bed was comfy and the shower was nice and clean. Breakfast was okay, what I am used to, which is fine. A good stay for the price.

The beds were amazingly firm the room when we walked in was the cleanest I've seen the wifi is very strong and the staff was very friendly with us. Best hotel I've stayed at.

This is an older hotel so don't expect high class amenities.
For the price, I couldn't have been more pleased. If you actually expect to pay less than $100 AND receive all the high class amenities, you probably need to lower your expectations/get a reality check.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by the nicest gentleman (Sherman) and he could quite possibly be one of the most considerate and friendly people I've ever met in my life. Before checking us in, he was dealing with a situation where a guest had been overcharged due to a computer error. He was extremely apologetic and made sure the guest was completely satisfied before letting him walk away. While checking us in, he continued with his graciousness and made us feel like we were the most important people in the hotel. It became clear that he treated every guest in that hotel with the same respect and kindness... his attitude alone made our stay worth every single penny.
The room was a king suite and although the amenities weren't brand new (OMG NO FLAT SCREEN TVS!!!!! How would I ever survive??!?!?) there were 2 rooms (with tvs in both), the sitting room had a fridge, microwave, pull out couch and a table and chairs. The bed was comfortable enough and the biggest deal for me...? When i turned on the water in the bathroom, it was already warm. I didn't have to wait 5 mins for it to warm up, ever! That kinda blew my mind.
Once we returned home, I realized I left my iPad there. I immediately called the hotel and Sherman came to my rescue. He went up to the room, found my iPad, called me back and made arrangements for how it would be safely returned to me.
This one of the the best hotel experiences I've ever had and I will absolutely be staying there again!!

Wonderful place to stay, clean rooms, friendly staff very helpful, close to UK.Hospital. they offer breakfast, i have stayed 4 times and if I'm in Lexington again The Inn on Broadway is where i will be staying.. Thanks to the staff for making my stay more pleasant.

Jan 9th will be my second stay since the new year. The room could be cleaner but the front desk makes up for it! Nice suite for $55 bucks downtown.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable ( though the beds are not my favorite). All in all, it's always a pleasant stay there.

We love this little Inn! We have stayed here the last 2 years and have always enjoyed our rooms. The inn is a little outdated, but is always clean and always feels confortable and home like.

Great room that is clean and comfortable for an inexpensive price. Staff are very helpful and friendly as well. Location is very close to downtown. Will be our go to when staying in Lexington from now on.

Older hotel, probably a 3 star in it's prime, but my room was excellent. Confusiong getting in the parking lot. Definitely worth the price. Well see what the breakfast is like.

Beds are very comfortable. Also continental breakfast included biscuits and gravy, fresh pastries, fruit, juice, coffee, milk, 3 different kinds of cereal.
