A spectacular experience from beginning to end. From the welcome provided by Dalton and Brock, to the care taken at breakfast and upon departure it was truly seamless and a direct reflection of the GM, Sebastian and his dedication to providing exceptional service; unmatched. The facility is incredibly well-kept and clearly consistently cared for with pride. We were there on the weekend and the hotel owner had even stopped in on Saturday morning to check on the staff. You could tell they were not only comfortable, but grateful to have him there to support them and that spoke volumes to me. Breakfast was a well-balanced and full spread and included in the rate, and the location was in a lovely area of Lexington with shopping and dining options throughout the business park. It is just one exit from the mall if you are looking for more options as well. It makes it a great option for both business and leisure travel and I would definitely stay again for any occasion. Keep up the great work and be proud of your team!

What a nice property. Left a day early to tour another town, and actually regret leaving our nice, large well appointed room!! Our pm and am desk staff were friendly and excellent. Just the whole experience was great. (And we were recommended Addies for an in room pizza night) WOW, amazing food!! Across the street!! Can't wait to return

Cleanest hotel I have stayed at within the last 2 years. Definitely the best bang for your buck....its clean, great service, nice size rooms, huge bathroom WITH a fan (far and few between at hotels). I have been so impressed. 10/10 would recommend (coming from someone who is never satisfied). The only thing it's missing is a luggage rack.

Great clean place to stay while in lexington pleny of space in the rooms and the moon dance amphitheater is real close with a summer concert series.

Great location near many restaurants. Room was clean, hotel was quiet, and love the walk in shower. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!

We only stayed for one night but I would have loved to have spent a week or two. The kitchen and bathroom were perfect for extended stays. There were so many options at the breakfast bar, even little spinach quiches. It was all delicious. We checked out with very full stomachs.

Super nice hotel, super nice staff. Kevin is the best. I'm a domestic & world traveler. You can't beat the suites. This hotel may be my favorite in this country, even over 5-star hotels.

I've been in sales a long time including the hospitality industry, and these guys did everything correct from assisting with my phone call when searching for a hotel, to check in, and answering all my questions about Lexington. I usually stay with you competitor but I now believe I have a new favorite hotel chain.

We had to book very last minute but they were very helpful in finding two rooms for us. Even they offered a very nice deal to our family;) When we arrived very late we were greeted very nicely. He even offered apple juice or milk for our small children! The rooms were nice and clean. The next morning we were pleasantly surprised with the hot breakfast bar!! It was more than we expected. If your stopping by the area choose here and we will come back again too!! Thank you ;)

Very clean. Devontae, I believe his name was, was very welcoming at the front desk and friendly. My daughter was being a little loud and he nicely asked us to try to get her to calm down. We apologize to any guests! I have a rambunctious 2 year old!

We stayed 2 nights. Conveniently located. Absolutely loved the mini kitchen with counter burners, refrigerator with ice maker, full size microwave, dishwasher and even a garbage disposal. It was quiet even during 4th of July fireworks. The free breakfast was well stocked and many choices including biscuits and gravy. Hotel supplies free bottled water and coffee at all times. The swimming pool was sparkling clean but note the hotel recommends 5 people limit in the pool. It is 16x24 and plenty of room around the pool. It was equipped with a handicap lift. Beds had crisp white bedding and very comfy. I had reserved a king suite with a roll in shower and it was not available,even though I had called to make sure they reserved it for us. They gave us a double queen with a roll in shower no big deal. It was on the backside of the elevators and we could hear when it went up and down not bad just sounded like an air conditioner.
Over all an excellent stay at a reasonable rate.

Rooms were clean and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness center is nice and the breakfast was good. Plenty of stores and food options near by.

Staff was excellent. They impressed us with their intention and care, not only to customers, but also to the property itself. Hot breakfast on a Sunday morning included spinach and swiss quiche, which was unique and delicious. We will look for Towneplace Suites in the future!

I actually live in Lexington but wanted to get away from the house for a couple days since I'd been working from home. I also chose this hotel because they have an indoor pool that sounded lovely given the snow and ice outside at the time. I had a wonderful visit. The pool has sign up times due to covid and I had it all to myself. The breakfast was delicious as well. Room was nice and clean. Loved the closets and the suite has basically an entire kitchen with full stove, microwave, sink, and dishwasher. Was happy that the staff was beyond helpful and kind. Very proud that people visiting my hometown would have the opportunity to stay somewhere so welcoming.

Kevin answer the phone yes 1 AM when I was stuck at the airport. He told me to come on over they had rooms and he would be there to check me in.

Drew was my shuttle drive the next morning and he was so nice! My rental car company closed before I landed. These two along with the front desk people are asking. Hotel is clean and affordable!

Nice clean environment. Breakfast bar was always stocked and staff was friendly. Gym was clean. The only issue was House keeping was supposed to come and clean on day 2 but didn’t.

Stopped here for a night on a road trip. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Rooms were perfect size with large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove top, and stocked with dishes - not that we needed any. But would be great if we stayed more than one night. Hot breakfast was good, got to make our own waffles. Had the pool to ourselves (family of 4) as only 5 people were allowed at one time. I can’t say anything about the surrounding area because we only slept here, but it seems like everything is right nearby. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Marriot and it's affiliates consistently provide a quality night stay and this location is no exception. Staff were perfectly pleasant and efficient. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was top notch as was the fitness room. Pet friendly too. And the price was a very strong value for the comfort, features, And security - totally worth it. I recommend this location and it would be my first pick on my next trip!

This is probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at travelling for work, the One bedroom suite was furnished very well with everything I needed, The full size fridge and kitchen were nice to be able to save money and prepare my own meals, The Breakfast in the morning was great really good options. If I'm ever back in Lexington I will for sure stay here again!

I only wish the employees would wear masks. On two occasions, we had to talk to front desk staff who had no mask on at all. Aside from that, the stay was above expectations. The room was affordable and you get way more than you pay for. We had a kitchen with a residential refrigerator, stovetop, sink, dishwasher and microwave. I was surprised to see the hotel provides all the dishes and utensils you would need to cook meals. This was great because we were here for 5 nights. The room was perfectly, sparkling clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was yummy.
