Otis A. Singletary Center for the Arts

We attended a performance of the Ebony Nutcracker Ballet. The performance was well designed, the costumes were beautiful and the performers were remarkable. Performers of all ages contributed to a performance bringing dance from across the world to life. Hard work and dedication to the art was evident in each act of the performance.

The venue is easily accessible, comfortable and affordable.

Great value for shows. We love the UK Symphony Orchestra there. Convenient, great staff. Highly recommended.
Parking is iffy, so don’t be late.

Very enjoyable. UK Orchestra was great. The seats were extremely comfortable and the sound was perfect. Looking forward to the next performance to attend.

Attended KEMI band competition and the acoustics are amazing. What a great opportunity for young musicians. Beaumont Middle School got perfect scores

Nice seating no matter where you sat. Had to walk from parking lot. On way back was dark & there was a pipe sticking up out of sidewalk & several people tripped over. Couple were hurt. It's on UKs property. Had fun & enjoyed the evening til that happened.

Wonderful acoustics with beautiful decor. The seating is comfortable, and regardless of the seat's location, the view will be spectacular. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Had an amazing experience at my son’s nursing school pinning ceremony.

The auditorium is great as far as acoustics. Saw the UK Symphony Orchestra last night and they were excellent. Great way to spend a Friday night if you like that sort've thing.

Had a wonderful experience seeing the Lexington Philharmonic here! The staff was friendly and helpful. The seats were comfortable and the views were great.

Beautiful place with talented people. I’ve come here for several orchestra concerts and university run guest speaker events.

Love this place but I honestly have no idea why the top ten rows or so have a center aisle. But the entire rest of the theater you literally have to shuffle over top of people to get to the other side. Each row is about 100 seats, so if someone.shows up late and is sitting on stage left, they're tripping over everyone to get to their seats. Just doesn't make a lot of sense.

I saw Joe Bonnamassa there, and it was awesome. I needed handicap access and they were great to accommodate me and my guests (4 seats near the front!)

We went for the are exhibit. The downstairs was to modernish for me but I really enjoyed the upstairs. It seemed more artistic to me.

Great show, wonderful orchestra & conductor

Beautifully set in the middle of Lexington this modern building is so stylish and well laid out, it's a marvel to behold! First time visitors to the center will be well shocked and in awe of all it has offer! We had a wonderful experience here and look forward to coming back again!

Very intimate performance venue. We've seen 2 ballets there and they have both been lovely! Parking is a breeze!!

The Singletary Center needs to return to its former glory of bringing in talent from all over the world, but this venue is amazing. Its original program was established by Holly Salisbury, and when she passed, they donated the venue and food for an amazing celebration of her life. This was accomplished in 4 days due to the amazing staff and university students who are earning art administration degrees. The Singletary Center is also the venue used by the Central Kentucky Youth Orchestra and the Lafayette High School orchestras for their concerts.

It has two concert halls, one of which is being renovated and updated. It also has multiple rooms that can be used for private parties, art shows, or business events. The catering available is also excellent. The quality of food is A+. Love this place and thankful that Lexington has it.
