Dr Jae and his assistant are extremely kind and attentive, I did not get the impression that they were too busy to pay attention to me and it was apparent that they care about their patients. The overall vibe of the office is very calming and I did not feel nervous or apprehensive at any point.

Not only is the atmosphere and care great, but they really know what they are doing. They gave me advice for personal care and a plan for my complicated dental situation for the future. They are gentle and will not make you feel uncomfortable, and go to great lengths to make sure you are not in any pain. I am looking forward to the rest of my journey with them!

Dr. Jae is great. I am happy with his level of care and expertise. I have had an exam, a cleaning and 3 fillings. His office and staff are perfect and friendly. They had great Christmas decorations. This was the first time I experienced fillings without pain or discomfort. He had great technique inserting the needle for the Novocaine. I have 3 more fillings next month and have no anxiety about returning to Dr. Jae for this procedure. His office is modern and has a computer screen placed above the chair so you can see enlarged photos of your teeth.

What an incredible place. The staff is so warm and inviting. My daughter, six years old, was very anxious about her appointment. The team put her at ease right away. They were fun, funny and generous with their time. They were patient and so loving. I highly recommend this place is you have children! I also use them and found my experience to be the same. Five stars.

The office team are amazing. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and at home!

This place was so welcoming, from the front Desk to the dental chair they were able to get me checked in promptly with a positive attitude. The Hygenist was amazing she took her time with my cleaning and explained to me areas that needed to be worked on thoroughly. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to this dental office.

The Dentist Dr. J is so awesome and really nice! He gave me multiple shots during all my dental work with them, and it never even hurt! And his whole staff are so helpful and very nice! Thank you all again!

Before I even stepped foot into their office I was already pleased with the way they accommodated me on such short notice! Once I arrived I was welcomed and treated by a very professional and friendly staff. From taking x-rays to a thorough exam and cleaning, even to the filling of a cavity, I was kept comfortable and informed of what was being done every step of the way. I've always experienced some level of anxiety when visiting the dentist but I think this visit has finally put an end to that. Thanks to everyone who took care of me that day! Great job!

Was able to get an appt. Within 2 weeks. Spent 2 hours there cleaning and X-ray. And a temporary crown. And extraction. Found out I had more problems that I wasn’t aware of. Have more appointments to go. But, all this was done painlessly. They are really good and have all the newest equipment. Very happy with them

Very Happy with the visit scheduled for 4 hours for the visit but finished in just over 3. So comfortable I actually fell asleep while they were working in my mouth. I was particularly impressed with the dental assistant and on top of the suction and any overspray she wiped immediately. On top of her game.

I've seen both dentists at this practice and have received excellent service. I normally would not take the time to write a review, but as I age I really notice good dentistry. The office staff is very easy to work with. Thanks for all you help with my missing crown. Every member of their staff has acted professionally and I have benefitted from their efforts.

I couldn’t have better things to say about this dentist office. I needed quite a bit of work done after not seeing a dentist for 5 years and have been nothing but satisfied with my experiences at cinema smiles. I’ve been a total of 8 times within the last couple months and no complaints whatsoever. All of the dental team is always on time, diligent and always happy to answer questions. As someone who dislikes going to the dentist they made me feel very comfortable. Without hesitation I’d 100% recommend this office.

I had my first visit today at this dental office. Even before my first visit my experience on the phone with “Aya” (sorry if I mis-spelled), was one of very courteous and friendly encounter, when I and my husband were once again trying to find a dental office that would take our insurance yet still deliver excellent care. Well this office delivers!! I haven’t had EXCELLENT CARE like this in a very long time! I was treated with courtesy, respect and professionalism! Friendly and skilled dental professionals! Mary Lisa, the office Hygienist was fantastic! I received a “top notch” cleaning, exam and X-rays! I was not rushed, she was very thorough yet gentle! If you are looking for a dental practice that treats EVERYONE with equal excellent care & courtesy, regardless of your type of insurance, this is your place! Staff has always been extremely kind and considerate. The women at the front desk are very friendly and inviting- exactly what you’d want from a professional business. My Dental hygienist Melissa is incredibly nice and very funny. She keeps things very professional but also is great at making you laugh during your visit. Dr.N is also a fantastic dentist, incredibly knowledgeable and kind, as well. Every question i’ve ever asked he has an answer for. He’s very considerate and makes sure you’re never in pain when working on your teeth. Fantastic establishment, couldn’t be more happy to be a patient here.

I brought my 2 year old son here for his six months cleaning and it was such a great experience! All of the staff were great,especially the Hygienist! She made my son feel so comfortable and at ease, he was very nervous like most toddlers at the dentist. I highly recommend all families to go here. Definitely the best office in town!
