Zips Car Wash

I went to Zips to wash and deep clean my car today and Jennifer was absolutely amazing!! I was having some trouble with my card so she stopped what she was doing and helped me not only get my card to go through but she grabbed a rag and helped me clean out my entire car since no one else was there! we had great conversation and my car has never been so clean! if anyone deserves a raise or a promotion it’s her!

Jennifer was so incredibly helpful and extremely funny despite what I can only imagine was a very busy day with everyone trying to wash the salt from their vehicles! Thank you for your humor and my truck looks great!

Wow!!! This lady was Great!!!! They need to put someone like her at all the locations. Sprayed my car prior to going in. Makes it soo much h easier for my car to get really clean when sprayed prior!!! I'll be back

Justin was very courteous and professional during my ZIPS car wash experience. Although it was cold outside he helped me thorough out the entire process!

I came through to wash my car randomly before work one day and a very helpful guy, I think his name was Scott, helped me choose a wash at the pay station. I am coming here regularly now. This place is friendly and fast. Keep up the good work!

This has to be the best car wash in town. A little expensive but well worth the money to use the free vacuums and they have a air hose so you can blow the dust or whatever it is your trying to clean

Jennifer was so amazing!!!!! Literally was so nice and so helpful! And this is the only car wash i will be using now because of her too. And the 25$ wash is the best to get it literately makes it look like a brand new car

My car was covered in salt because of the recent icy and snowy weather, and I knew I needed to get it cleaned. Today was my first time at a Zips Car Wash, so when I pulled up to the machine, I took a minute to think about which car wash plan to choose. Jennifer noticed this and came outside to help me. She was very kind and helped guide me through the process, even reminding me to use the free vacuums at the end! My car looks brand new and I’ll definitely be back!!

Today while visiting Zips car wash I ran into Ms. Jennifer and Mr.Elijah . I just want to say the experience with these guys were GREAT . They were very welcoming & helpful . They made sure that every expectation was met during my time being here . The place itself is very clean and the wash was OUTSTANDING. For future reference and visits I will visiting Zips car wash .

The location itself is amazing, Jennifer, the new manager, has turned the us place around. She is attentive, helpful and doesn’t mind to operate any position in that place. She is super friendly and talks to her customers. She is very helpful and knowledgeable.

The customer service side of Zips Car Wash is terrible. These people are the rudest, laziest people ever!

I come to wash my car and Jennifer and Jaccob were wonderful! They were both so helpful and friendly. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and I recommended everyone go pay them a visit if you need your car washed.

I went to this carwash the other day with little hope of getting the caked-on tree gunk off my white car but was so graciously helped by Elijah. He not only let me go through the wash two times but put in a lot of energy and time pressure washing each individual stain from the car that wouldn't come off otherwise. Thank you so much for blessing me this way. May it return to you a hundredfold!

The new circle road staff is very friendly! Ernest is the new manager and I met him this morning seems to be a nice fella! If you get your car washed once a week you might as well get a car wash plan, I’m here every other day! I stopped in for a quick car wash because of the salt from the roads, not expecting to much because of previous experience and I ran into the nicest lady named Jennifer, she informed me they had put a lot of work into the car wash and I wouldn’t be disappointed and she was so right! Everything works now, if you’re looking for a great place to wash your car I would highly suggest Zips Car Wash on New Circle Road!

Update- I had an issue that I didn't seem to get handled until I reached out. But when I did it was promptly fixed. They went above and beyond helping me and making sure it wouldn't happen again. Very professional and understanding!

The location is the smallest of the Lexington locations so far, however they offer the same great washes that are available. It's nice to be able to pick the wash that best suites your vehicle and your wallet at the same time. While it's not a full service car wash (they wash for you) they offer free towels and window cleaner along with good working vacuums. There are two different nozzles at each parking spot along with a air chuck to blow out those hard to reach crevices, trash cans and even baskets to put your dirty towels in. Oh, and don't forget the free floor Matt cleaner that works wonderfully!
