Best shop in the valley! Quality work, great service! The guys running the shop now are amazing. I was in a pinch and needed new catalytic converters put on my car asap. These guys got my car in right away. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. The cost was half of what I was quoted anywhere else and they got me a loaner car so I could get to work while they had my car. On top of that, their work is incredible! If you need work done, this is the place to go!

THEY HAVE NEW MANAGEMENT! The previous people that ran the shop were totally inept. The current guys are fast, efficient, and have work piled high. I almost didn't want to write this review, as I feel it is the best little secret in town, yet at the same time I didn't want anyone thinking ill of them. Give them a try~they also have towing available.
Edit: My husband previously worked there, with the old management (tim) and left due to all the previous complaints. This past year, we have taken two of our vehicles there and had them repaired more than efficiently. They do not push parts, charge a very fair price, and the shop is now run by Marines. If you love America, you'll take your car to Burris.

They checked my car as soon as they got it and had it fixed by the end of the day. Truly great service.

Great frienly people

Skip them. As of 2013 they're under new management with no sense of customer service. Twice in one week they told they'd be open during regular business hours so we could pick up a vehicle (which they had to repair twice), and they weren't there, causing us a great deal of inconvenience, time, and money. They don't return phone calls, and they treat the business like it's a casual hobby--they'll get to you when they get to you.
If you need real service and a reliable automotive business, go elsewhere. We are, now.
Sad. Used to be a great place. They're tarnishing old Mr. Burruss's reputation.

They attempted to put a exhaust into my vehicle and did a terrible job, ended up tearing up my CV boot and the exhaust was touching in 3! Different places causing my car to shake! Very poor mechanical knowledge.
I Went back to them to have them fix it, as he was putting it on the lift he slammed my door into his lift and said NOTHING about it like it didn’t just happen.. on top of that they messed it up again! Putting the exhaust tips not evened out! Frustrating! And he charged me for the second time on top of that for his mess up! What a scam! Would not recommend.. there are two kids that work there and a 18 y/o who is running it now, DO NOT GO HERE.. Pay a real mechanic if you can’t do your own work.. these guys clearly don’t know what they are doing.

Went in for a check engine light. Guy said it was an air sensor and that he had the part on hand. I live three blocks from this place, and he said he could replace it by the time I got there. Picked it up about five minutes later and that same day the light was on again. This time I go to my dealer and they replaced the oxygen sensor. When I go back to get my refund from the same guy at Burrus, he tells me it's a different sensor and he can't do anything for me. So basically I paid him two hundred dollars for nothing, and he can't do anything about it. Bye bye Burrus.

These guys used to be great, but they've become careless and sloppy lately. I left my vehicle with them to do some repairs, and they left it parked on the street with the door not fully shut and unlocked. They failed to place a molding correctly in its place which could have been prevented had they taken the time to do it right.
