Zips Car Wash

My favorite place to get my truck washed! Even had a bag of trash in the bed today that I had forgotten about until I went to pull in, and an attendant named Chris told me "No worries, I'll grab it and throw it in our dumpster for you.", and he did. He's gotta be my favorite attendant at any of the Zips locations that I've visited. Awesome experience today!! I give Zips 5 stars and I also give Chris 5 stars too! Thanks Zips and attendant Chris at the 1250 South Broadway location in Lexington Kentucky!!!

Marcus was extremely helpful went out of is way for me and I truly appreciated highly recommend car wash and for this vehicle to be 24 years old it came out extremely clean

Absolutely the best car wash service and best value of any car wash in Lexington! Always a great promotion and everything available for use! Towels, cleaning fluid, vacuum. But, the best thing about this location is the staff. ALWAYS, pleasant and helpful. Chris goes beyond that. He has absolutely the best customer service, attitude and helpfulness. He deserves a big bonus!

Car Wash was fine but I’ll be back for the service! Haley was absolutely incredible and she has such a servant leader heart. Coming to this car wash literally made my day today. Easy to pay and use and I love the vacuums and availability of cleaner and towels. I’ve got peace of mind driving in a clean clutter-free car and now a huge smile from such a friendly face. I’ll be back and this will now be my go-to and who I recommend to my friends and family!

It’s good for a car wash. The vacuums had great suction today and the air compressor was powerful. The towels were clean and ready and the environment was clean. Beautiful day today to wash your car.

Chris advised me not to pressure wash my carpet mats. I told him I was going to leave them outside so that they would not mold. He ended up pressure washing all 4+ my trunk mat. He’s also a super nice guy.

My experience at Zips was amazing. Chris provided a welcoming atmosphere, and really marketed Zips in a positive way. I believe that Chris is the best person I’ve met when I take my car through the car wash. He is funny, and passionate and really cares about each person. I will keep coming back because of his energy and customer service.

Chris helped me out at the wash selection machine, and provided excellent service. He was kind, courteous and looked me in the eye while explaining the different washes. I will be coming back to Zips because of Chris’s great service.

Stopped in today and had questions about the membership. McCoy was working and he answered all of my questions and was very polite and easy to talk to. I will return to this location for sure. My car looked amazing afterward!

I’ve been coming to this location for quite some time, they always take good care of me! It’s my favorite Zips in town hands down. Chris is especially sweet & very accommodating. He always takes the best care of me! Nothing but good things to say about him & this location!

Chris went above and beyond! I arrived just before closing on a cold rainy night and he couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating. Sprayed down my mats and pointed me to the spaces with the best suction. Guy deserves a raise.

1250 S Broadway Lex KY. Employee named Chris was amazing. I have been coming to this car wash and the other locations since they were built in Lexington . This is the first time, an employee has offered to spray off my floor mats or come and check on me while I’m at the self clean out. You need more workers like Chris. He was polite and helpful and it’s the first time I’ve had that in years.

Chris came up to me and offered to spray my rubber mats. I never knew this service was offered and he was very kind. Carried them all the way back to the car wash and sprayed them down. Gave them back cleaner than they have ever been! Great guy and very kind. We need more people like this in the world.
