Excellent experience. The appointment set up was pleasant over the phone. Our locksmith was very professional and rather quick, though I don't know how long this kind of thing takes. I got three locks down total and it was a fair price. They can swipe cards so that was convenient too. Prompt as well and the location is distant so thank you!

Reviews mean everything, and I'll say the lady who helped me was awesome! Good bit cheaper than any dealership would cost you. Probably about ⅔rds the cost.

Just needed to make a duplicate chipped key for my ram 1500, they did it in less than 15min. Easy peasy.

Old school business: nice people, good work. They laser-cut 2 Acura keys, and a few regular keys in no time, all keys work, money well deserved. Staff is friendly and helpful, give them a ring before driving 40min one way -- do not rely on Google or Apple to know their schedule and life -- common sense stuff. Will use them again in a few days again

Jims Lock & Key is an old school easy to deal with business. They didn't have the key fob I needed, but gladly ordered it and called once it arrived. I was appreciative of the desire to help and the speed of delivery... Would definitely recommend for your key needs be it car, business or residential...

Highly skilled local locksmiths with a great selection of replacement key. They have all kinds of specialty keys and equipment. I doubt there is a key they cant make. If you need to change a tumbler on your house door they can do that to so you wont have to buy a whole new set. Of you have a favorite lock that maybe a key broke off inside, they can fix it. Lost a car key with a chip or a fob, not a problem. Not only does Jim's Lock & Key save you time but they can also save you money. Great customer service and professional work.

The day I called for their help, I was greeted by a nice voice and she was very helpful. I got an appointment first thing this morning and Curt came to do the job. Kind, cleaned up the graphite that the old lock made and he was done in a few minutes. Highly recommend this business.

Great job and very fast. They arrived literally within 15 minutes of my call. My front door dead bolt broke and I made the google search for a local locksmith. Not only did they show up quickly, I got a new deadbolt and they fixed the space where the bolt goes into. Five stars

Needed duplicate automotive keys and programming from scratch.

Not only were they able to program and duplicate the two fobs I provided, but their price to process both was substantially less than what the local dealer was asking for just one fob...WHAT A SAVINGS!!!

Moreover, the owner went out of his way to help me troubleshoot a power issue with my car by providing jumper cables and starting my vehicle...in the rain!

These folks are fantastic, attentive and very knowledgeable in their field. I would DEFINITELY do business with them again and highly recommend them for all your lock & key needs!!!

In and out. 10 keys made in less than 5 minutes

i stopped by Jim's Lock & Key yesterday with my wife's only car key broken in half. i talked with a very nice knowledgeable woman at the store and we decided on a plan that i would leave the broken key with her so she could cut a new one while the service man was out doing another job. I was told that when he came back he would drive to my house and program the new key and we could square up then. About two hours after i left the store he showed up and programmed the key in my driveway and brought it to my door. I paid him and off he went. The cost of this amazing old school service was $150. The car dealership i referenced first told me a new key from them would be at least $230 and i would have to have the car towed to the dealership to have it programmed. I'm so glad i took the time to research my local businesses and in doing so it was a home run. its awesome to see a a local business giving the community such great service.

Great experience. They were very helpful and answered my questions. Not cheap, but you don't want a cheap locksmith. Would recommend Jim's Lock & Key

They’ve been in business as long as I can remember. They copy all types of keys. They small shop has lots of parts to locks, key chains and “accessories” for keys…They woman (owner) is super friendly! This is my “go to” place for keys!!!
I’ve had a couple businesses and they always done my locks too.

I wanted to write a review last year when I went to have my motorcycle key duplicated. The woman there was SO helpful. She cut a key that worked better than the worn out original I got with the used bike. She told me that I should use WD-40 in the key holes and NOT graphite like I had tried, (that only made it worse).

Once I got my new key, and worked WD-40 into the ignition spot, I was finally able to lock my steering the way it's designed to!

Traded in my bike for a newer cruiser this year and she cut another good key for me. Excellent service. I will always, and only, go here for keys.

Had a few new door knobs to have rekeyed the same. They took care of it for me in their store. Fast, accurate, friendly and inexpensive.
