This business bent over backwards to quickly accommodate me, I had an emergency and special needs to get my car done fast. They worked tirelessly to make arrangements to take me the next day and perform specialized services on top of the steam cleaning. They did an excellent job! And they kept me informed as to the progress. They are truly a special and local business!

I cannot believe how hard they worked to get the job done. I had an old car where the back seat had been solely used by a dog for many years. There was dog hair everywhere. Not only did they get rid of the hair and smell, but they made the car look as clean as when I bought it new. Their prices are the best in town as well. I was worried because they were lower than some of their competitors, but they made it spotless. You will not find someone that works as hard to get the job done right. I wish I had done this years ago. They really make it easy.

My buddy got sick in the car after having a little too much fun one night. After speaking with Peter on the phone, I knew I had called the right people. I was impressed with their fast response time and easy scheduling. We made arrangements to have my car cleaned while I was at work, which was very nice! The job took around 3 hours, which was a little faster than expected. The finished product: my truck's interior looks better than the day I first hopped in the driver seat. I wasn't expecting them to clean out all the cup holders and center console as well. That was a nice touch, and my car needed it! They showed be a bucket of about 2 gallons of murky black liquid. That was all the dirt and grime they sucked out of my vehicle. The whole service was a little bit expensive, but you are paying for the highest quality service and the best results. I think kicking in a few extra bucks such a good finished result is well worth it.

We just had our Ford Explorer detailed inside and out and I couldn’t be happier!! My car looks better than it has in years, the stains and mess from the kids are completely gone!! They were easy to schedule with, made sure they did everything I wanted done plus some and the price was more than reasonable. I am extremely pleased with the fantastic job that was done on our rental house furniture that was between 20 - 35 years old. We had considered throwing it away because it was so dirty but decided to see if it could be cleaned and recycled it to our old farm house. Other than the normal wear the two pieces look almost brand new.

We recently had one of our work trucks repainted and re-lettered, they looked great....but the interior was old looking and very dirty. I asked Auto Carpet & Upholstery to see what they could do. I found this Carpet Cleaning service after receiving an outlandish quote from another location. There was a terrible stain in my seat that I had been trying to clean for over a year. After ONE treatment from Auto Carpet & Upholstery Steam Cleaning LLC, my seat looks great! The stain has been pulled out of the seat and looks great! I am so pleased and will be returning for all of my auto care needs!

My car had some spot stains on inside upholstery immediately below the front top of the windshield due to too much glue when it was replaced in the shop. This is a Prius V and can only be done in the shop. On-site not an option. I didn't pay for a stain treatment but Peter said he'd give it his best shot. He got all of them out. I asked Kasey how much I owed for that and she said it was on them. I'd been on the phone w/my insurance company after I authorized the extra cleaning. They agreed it was most likely from windshield job but said Safelite would be responsible who had not accepted responsibility. That's the kind of treatment you get from a small family business. Loved the job they did on our Chevy Cruz! The stained seats look brand new again as well as the entire interior. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return again in the future.

I had a real scare today! Calling this number saved my car! I have about a quart of paint spill in my car and as I was clearing away my grocery bags some paint splattered all the way to the center console. As soon as it happened I called and asked if they would look at it to see what they could do. To my amazement the console looks like new and the trim splatter is completely gone. The main area has barely a trace of paint! I am blown away. Thank you thank you thank you! You guys saved the day! Oh and to top off their generosity they helped me unload and load my groceries and store the cold items in their fridge! This is an honest group of people and reasonable prices. Glad I called!
