I have had great experiences with most of the doctor , Pa's & nurses are proffesional effieciant friendly and attentive with tonly one exception i give this clinic and workers 5 stars

Dr Andrew Usery is a very personable person. I think he listens well and focuses on the person and not the screen. He does put in a lot of hours as I have had him call me well after the office doors had closed. Thank you doc. Thank you Becky at the front desk you are awesome as well. Can’t leave out the nurses either all vitals , weight, and notes taken within minutes of going back. Everyone there was friendly kind overall a good experience.

Clean and friendly.

We arrived for a sick visit (same day) at 9:30 since their phones don’t work on weekends. They open at 9:00. The doors were locked and no one was at the desk. Super frustrating.

Extremely rude receptionist Tracy made this a horrific experience. She should not be allowed to speak to people. Very disrespectful and rude.

Was told over the phone that they weren't, "taking any *more* medicaid/care patients," which sounds an awful lot like they *take* the insurance but are choosing not to see patients who have it.

So I guess if you are unemployed in Nicholasville, go elsewhere if you need medical help.
