Very professional & friendly personnel. Listened to everyone of my concerns, did an excellent job repairing and painting my handicap ♿ van & all the paperwork through my insurance. Sent van to a 2nd repair shop for the passenger door adjustment, when I went to pickup van, the door was not aligned correctly. They kept it overnight and fixed it right away without any problem. They even put the emblems on my van that the previous shop, wanted to charge me alot of money for (when they were the ones that took them off). Totally satisfied with the awesome work they performed on my van. Thank you very much Acme professionals. 😊

After my son was in an accident, our insurance company gave us a long list of auto repair shops to use. I went through the reviews of all of them and Acme seemed to have the highest rating. I am so very thankful that I selected them! The very first call to them was professional, they set up an appointment very quickly and were super friendly. I have to admit this was not what I was expecting. Upon dropping off the vehicle, again I was met with very friendly staff who were willing to deal with all the insurance issues and I didn’t need to do a thing. 7 business days later (right during Christmas time) I received a call stating the car was ready! They even handled all the extra repairs that were needed directly with the insurance company. I can’t tell you how much of a positive experience this was for us. I will absolutely use them again should I ever need this type of service and recommend everyone use them as well. I found out when picking up my car that this is a small family run business and that made me even happier that I selected them. Thank you again for making a stressful situation so easy for us!

Used this shop for an accident that I was in. I needed rear end repair done with painting. Everything came out wonderful! You can’t even tell that I was in an accident! They were very kind on the phone and fixed my car in a timely manner. It is definitely worth waiting to get an appointment here!

I brought my car in to have some front end damage repaired. This was the only place I found that didn't quote me almost twice what I paid for my car. They also let me find and bring in my own parts, and didn't try to make me buy any parts I didn't need. They also let me decide if I wanted to paint it or not! They were very professional and communicated with me every step of the way. My car looks so good, I'm very pleased with the outcome.

My car needed repairs after hitting something in the road during a heavy rain storm.
Acme appraised the damage and had parts ordered right away. Upon receiving the parts, they had my car repaired, painted and ready for pick up within a weeks time. Not only that, they vacuumed it out, too.
The front desk people were pleasant and helpful and thoughtful.

I had a great experience @ Acme Auto Body. They made it so you would never know there was any damage. It's just like new again. While I don't wish an accident on anyone, if it does happen, this is the place to go!

Acme Auto body is a very professional and legit company.I visited many local auto body shops in my area and Acme Auto Body was the best I came across based on their professionalism,friendly and comfortable environment and how courteous the staff were to me as a customer.I got into an accident where I wasn't at fault and they made the body damage look as if nothing happened.The paints blends so smooth an seamless like a new car.In fact the right side of my car looks even better than it was with a fresh new headlight:) When I dropped my car of to get fixed,Acme Auto Body also provided me a connection to the car rental company and I was even able to get a free ride from their body shop to go pick up my car rental based on their connection with Hertz. I will highly recommend Acme Auto body in Leominster. One of the best in town!!!

I brought my Toyota corolla to Acme Auto Body a month ago to get a replacement bumper because I was hit in a parking lot from a hit and run driver. While I was there, I learned that they could also fix other scratches and dents in my car. I got it back within 2 days and it looked brand new! I sent my friend and her boyfriend there when their cars got in accidents and they were also very happy with the service, work and expertise. I have and will recommend Acme Auto body again!
