Best Western Lexington Inn

We had a very nice stay. The rooms were clean and the service was amazing. When checking in we were asked if we were rewards members. I said no and they signed us up and we now have a free night coming to us and received 15% off our stay. They accommodated us on numerous occasion. We had family coming in on our second day but they were not able to check in until later, we ask if we could reserve a room close to us. They were happy to do it. Later that evening we wanted to play card games and asked if we could use the dinning area and they were happy to let us. We enjoyed the pool! Breakfast was great! All in all it was a nice trip! Thank you Best Western staff for a nice comfortable stay!

Straight shot drive to downtown Lexington. The rooms were quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a little tight quarters and our TV remote didn't seem to work, but certainly wasn't a make or break situation. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, but it was nice to have it included in our stay.

Great hotel! Staff was extremely courteous and friendly when I interacted with them at the front desk and the breakfast area.

The room was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable!

The pool was average…rather small but served the purpose for a quick dip.

The breakfast selection was great in my opinion!

The location was easy to access right off the I75. It was close to a gas station as well as fast food and a Walmart.

This is the best hotel I ever stayed in, ❤ friendly workers and clean rooms!and most of all they accept dogs!I will surely be back at this one.

Good price and clean. The gentleman in reception was nice. The lady the next morning was not so friendly. Overall, good experience.

The sausage patties were not good. Best Western has always had waffles and I was looking forward to it so when I saw it was pancakes I was very disappointed.

Very nice clean rooms and helpful staff! Nice breakfast with the best pancakes ever! I had booked a room at another hotel for the weekend and it was atrocious to say the least! It was after 10PM when we staggered into this hotel desperate for a room fearing the worst but the gentleman working the night shift was so kind and got us a room! He even let us see the room first because we had just had such an awful experience elsewhere. We'll definitely be staying here next time we are in town!

A nice and clean stay. Breakfast included multiple options that spanned from pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy as well as toast and breakfast muffins. The pool was closed during our stay. Bathrooms are extremely small but it was fine for 1 night. The faucet is super close to the sink so everytime you wash your hands it hits the back of the sink. Other than that, our stay was great.

Would highly recommend this hotel, the staff and manager were great. We inadvertently booked the wrong travel date through Expedia and they were EXTREMELY helpful in getting the situation resolved. If we had to do it all over again we would book direct with hotel to avoid the middle man. The kids also loved the salt water pool.

I 100% recommend this hotel! During our weekend trip to Lexington we originally booked a different hotel about 10 miles away from downtown, but when when we got there it ended up being a disaster. I was recommended the Best Western Lexington Inn and they were able to get us a room within minutes and saved us from the nightmare hotel that we originally booked.

David at the front desk is by far the sweetest and most helpful person I've ever associated with at a hotel, that man deserves a raise!

The room was super clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom came prepared with a lot of necessities just in case you forget something. The breakfast was top notch, and the location of the hotel is great no matter where in Lexington you'll be heading to.

You will not regret booking here! This will definitely be my #1 hotel choice in Lexington for any future Conventions I will be attending.

My sister and I just needed a place to crash on our journey back home. We got in late, the man at the desk was friendly and got our room set up promptly. The room was clean and very up to date- plenty of plug-ins and USB plug- in places. I loved the look of the room and the beds were comfy. We had to get up early before hitting the road again and the manager and the man from the front desk were setting up breakfast. It was about an hour before breakfast started, but they still offered us food to grab and take with us. It was so kind- they also always have a coffee bar set up in the lobby. It is a very nice, clean and friendly hotel for a great price! Thank you!

I had to stay here due to a family member being in icu. After a horrible experience at another hotel locally, I chose best Western due to the reviews. This hotel is awesome. Any time I'm in Lexington I know where I will stay now. The staff is the best and my room was clean, bed was comfortable and shower worked well. I highly recommend this best Western.

Super clean throughout,, great hot tasty breakfast (included!), the pool was open, looked great, wished I had brought my suit.. Lots of care in the room, spotless & extremely clean, very nice furnishings, comfy bed., i like the dispenser soap/shampoo/conditionr set up in the shower. Can tell lots of attention paid to a great remodel. Front desk staff checking in and out very courteous and welcoming. COVID protocols followed to the tee, felt safe and protected to the best of their ability.

Service was good, staff handled any and all situations with professionalism. Rooms seemed to have been renovated and nice. Breakfast was decent and fulfilled the needs of my daughters and I. Swimming pool was nice and my daughters enjoyed it. Overall pretty good experience, would stay here again.

Let's start with John at the front desk! His energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to customer service is what you would expect at a five star resort.

The hotel has been recently remodeled. Our room was neat and CLEAN! The bonus for my wife is that the chairs in the room are not cloth, and you can easily wipe them down with your own cleaning wipes, if you're that kind of person (she is).

This hotel is close to many restaurants. Some you can walk to, others, only a short drive.

The complimentary hotel breakfast options included. Pancakes, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, good coffee, muffins, cereal, etc. My kids were very excited about the automatic pancake maker! LOL.

I recently moved to Lexington and I needed a place to stay for a couple of days, so I saw the good reviews online for this hotel and decided to try it. My experience here was definitely enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The first thing that caught my attention was how clean and new everything looks. They also have a gym, pool, and a complimentary breakfast area. My family and friends come in from my home in Colorado to visit and I always recommend this place now.
