I had a good first experience with Dr. Cangcuesta. He is a nice older man and I felt he was like how all doctors should be; caring and not greedy. The office is hard to find on google maps due to so many businesses in shopping center, but they were so nice at the front desk and stayed on the phone until I found it. Thank you for easing my worries doctor.

Thank you to the staff and Dr. Cangcuesta. I walked in and received the best medical care from a well informed doctor. His staff was awesome.

Clinic is very clean. Staffs are very friendly. Doctor is very experience.

Was referred to DR Brown for hearing evaluation. ended up getting hearing aids. She was extremely professional and attentive to my concerns and needs. explained every aspect of the 45 day period. Explained what to expect and how we will deal with any issues. Every visit had something new and positive.. There was nothing negative at all with my experience. all positive I am hearing things I have not heard in 25 years. I highly recommend Dr brown if you have hearing concerns. .

The staff was very friendly and polite. Dr Cangcuesta was very personable and friendly. He answered my questions and the procedure only took a few minutes. Thanks again for taking great care of my problem.

The ear doctor was great the only problem now I have to find a ent that takes Insurance for hearing aid how can my son afford these prices

I was here like 3 weeks ago . My left ear was blocked up so Dr Cangcuesta took care of that for me by cleaning it out. It was wax all in my ears then as he was cleaning the left one he said it was sensitive like the ear or whatever. I told him what was going on like other health stuff then told him about my ear & he listened & seem concerned. I'm supposed to be back for a lil hearing test. My ear is no longer blocked up like I can hear good so he can clean your ears good lol lol. He said he knew my other doctor's that's in the 804 area like my Endocrinologist & etc so he seems to care about patients & alert/aware of things. He asked me how did I find his office? Lol lol I'm like my mom been here before lol lol. I wasn't sent to him like a referral by another doctor or nothing sooo. I was told to come back if I need my ears cleaned out or issues with wax & stuff so . He will ask what brings you here or whatever so he listens, ask questions & seems concerned

This was the absolute worst doctor I have ever been to. Honestly Im not even sure how they are still open with how disgusting they treat people. I was referred by my primary care to David Cangcuesta. He didnt even listen to me. He barely even looked at me when I drove 30 minutes to come to him, he was trying to rush me out the entire time. Maybe it’s because i am African American, idk. But this man felt that nothing I said mattered. He told me I can get a second opinion. The most distasteful doctor I have ever been to.

The doctor here is a hack and unprofessional. He consistently called me “she” despite constant reminders that I’m not a girl, which is even included on my chart. He left for 30 minutes in the middle of the appointment and I had to go back and physically find him in the back. He called me fat for no reason, he just mentioned it out of the blue for no reason. he also said my *seasonal* allergies are why i can’t breathe through my nose and haven’t been able to my whole life, which is not true. When he realized he upset me with how he treated me (calling me a girl, and fat?) after I called him out on it, he walked over and put his hand on my shoulder and back. I immediately shrugged him off and jumped out of the chair and left, saying I was going to talk to his office manager about his behavior, to which he replied “well, we don’t have one, so…” The office staff was extremely nice and polite and helpful. They let me know they only have that one doctor there currently, and gave me a card so I can complain about him to the board. He was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate with me, and didn’t even give any kind of care. Don’t go to this office before calling and ensuring you won’t be put with the male doctor there. He literally walks around with those old timey-doctor hats on. what a hack.

The worse ent I ever been to..He was so unconcerned about what I had say about my tonsillitis surgery. .He told me to go to another dr .He didnt even checked my throat with the light
He said I had fluid in my ear and didnt me any drops and no follow up papers.He is sorry !
