This is the cutest gift shop ever! Sara the owner is so sweet and wonderful and usually has a foster cat in the store. She supports local artists and is just an overall great human. They have great cards, artwork, crafts, and more! Highly recommend for birthday, holiday or graduation gifts :)

This is hands down the best gift shop in town. There's something for everyone and every taste. And they have since recently a kitty!!

The Lady Jane is, hands down, my favorite shop in Harrisonburg. All of the staff are so friendly and kind, and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. I have to restrict my visits because every time I come, I want to buy everything!

My girlfriend had gotten an amazing set of crescent moons earrings from the local store in VA. Sadly she lost one while we were walking around town in Florida - we spent a good chunk of time revisiting/retracing steps in the hope of finding it only to have no luck.

I reached out directly online and Sara responded within an hour, realized exactly what earrings I needed, and reached out to the shop in VA to get a replacement pair.

Three days later Sara put up a listing online for me personally with the exact same pair of earrings my girlfriend lost!

Amazing customer service and on top of that a ton of great options and items exist both in the physical store and online that you or your partner is sure to enjoy!

My favorite kind of shop! A friend who lives in the area recommended I stop by before I left town and I'm so glad she did — I left $50 poorer, but it was well worth it! I can't wait to go back.

It may be small, but it is mighty! Such a cute shop with some amazing gifts and goodies. I got two beautiful watercolor paintings from a local artist that works at The Lady Jane. Its so great to see businesses elevating local artists and supporting their employees!

I always feel so happy when I visit The Lady Jane. Not only does the store feature a gorgeous assortment of candles, cards, jewelry, and other fun gifts, it smells like scented candles, and if you’re lucky, you’ll be greeted by one of the well-behaved resident shop critters. There are endless nice things to say about the Lady Jane Shop! It is the best place to find the perfect gift for a loved one or yourself! The perfect store to escape from the ugliness of the outside world. The minute you walk in, you are met with the comforting aromas of burning candles, a friendly and endearing "hello" from whoever is working, and an incredible amount of peace due to the thoughtful arrangement of the store. Sara, the owner, has poured herself into her business in order to make it a place of refuge for everyone, and the perfect shop to get a gift for a loved one. This is my go-to place when I need inspiration, a gift, to pet a cute foster animal, or conversation. One of the loveliest things about the shop is that so many of the items are from local vendors and artists! I cannot recommend The Lady Jane enough to visitors and residents alike!

This cute little shop is perfect for finding gifts, whether it be from someone else or yourself! I love their selection of locally made jewelry, prints, etc. I love seeing the creativity of this community. This is a well-curated store, that's for sure. She stocks beautiful posters from Cavallini Papers, I could buy them all. Sara just might be the friendliest person I know! I always feel kindly welcomed when I walk in the door (not to mention, there's usually a foster cat living the life in the shop, just waiting to be adopted!). The Lady Jane plays a large role in our downtown community, thank you!

One of my favorite downtown spots. Plenty of adorable decor, paper fun, tons of jewelry, cards, animal and kid stuff... It's packed full of beautiful local makes and some non local things that are musts as well. If your lucky one of their foster pets will be there to play. Super LGBTQ inclusive. Lots of feminist paraphernalia. Love It.

If you are looking to take a piece of Harrisonburg home with you Lady Jane's is the best place to go! They have hand-made souvenirs of all kind at their shop downtown with everything reasonably priced. The workers will also help you pick out the best gifts for your loved ones. Highly recommend coming here even if its just a pop in, just to see the amazing handcrafted souvenirs!

Was visiting h'burg, having moved from VA. I wanted unusual Xmas cards for 2021 & even though boxes weren't out on display yet (still early Nov) the owner brought out about 6 choices for me to examine. LOVELY artwork on card options. The ENTIRE store contains creative items BY WOMEN. Excellent place for THOUGHTFUL gifts. I bought also 2 writing kits, each w/gorgeous stationary for 6 letters. Also bought an amazing poster of succulent plants, which I am having dry mounted, matted & framed for Xmas gift for my son/daughter in law... they went to school in h'burg, so I hope this BEAUTIFUL poster has special meaning for them as well.

The best shop in Harrisonburg! The owner Sarah is the sweetest person I've ever met, and the shop itself carries charming and unique gifts including prints by local artists, jewelry, stationary, vintage furniture and decor, greeting cards, and so much more. Each month Lady Jane features a local artist, and they often foster a cat for the local cat rescue, Cat's Cradle. Lady Jane is truly the gem of mainstreet Harrisonburg!

Sara is the friendliest shopkeeper I know, and the shop is always beautifully curated. I always head there when I need a greeting card, and I love popping in to just look around. So glad The Lady Jane is in downtown Harrisonburg!!

When a store has a Jane Austen quote written on the front window, you know it's going to be good. It was charming, elegant and full of beautiful treasures, including many Rifle Paper Co. goods.
