Suzanne is very knowledgeable and was most helpful testing my water for me and telling me what to do. I’m a senior citizen and know nothing about pools. This is my first one. Suzanne and Sevarg pools made it possible for me to have a wonderful relaxing and stress free 3 days with my high school friends. I am so thankful.

Sevarg has been our pool service provider for many years. The transition to new management was smooth. If anything, the quality of work continues to improve, and we have had the best pool season in many years. One of the key points is that there needs to be an ongoing dialog between the service technicians and pool owner/manager. A once-a-week service visit cannot replace the need for periodic owner maintenance. We also bought a robotic pool cleaner this year to improve our part of the maintenance equation. Results of the dialog with Sevarg and robot have been impressive: we have a 40+ year old gunite pool with crumbling mortar along the coping that was always fighting clarity and algae. No more! In fact, I have received nothing but positive comments from everyone this year. A great relationship!

LET ME TELL YOU #NNK PEOPLE if you have a pool. DO NOT GO TO WALMART GO TO THEM, SHES EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, TURNED MY GREEN POOL BLUE!! ITS WAY CHEAPER TO go to them get the right pool needs YES CHEAPER who knew!! I do now customer service it's 10 stars definitely stop by , get you a hottub while you're there 😁 much thanks and highly recommend!!

Sevarg is under new ownership, and the folks have hit the ground running. They're simply great. Call you by name and usually know what you need before you can ask!

Sevarg Pools designed and built a beautiful pool for us. We had never owned a pool before and knew nothing about the process. Steve Graves and his staff were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We highly recommend them.

I was not hired by Mr. Ferguson but by the perspective buyer whom I gave a fair and honest assessment as to what the cost would be to bring the pool to good useable condition which included Some extras that the customer requested I quote. (the pool had not been used or maintained in many years) I am sure Mr. Ferguson would have preferred a different outcome as he was trying to sell the property. (sour Grapes)

Ms. Staley was advised by my company that the filter system on her pool was inadequate and in need of replacement. She insisted that this was not the case and that we needed to make daily visits to try and clear up the pool. That is what we did and when she received the invoice for this she became irate and combative and could not be reasoned with I even gave Ms. Staley a considerable discount. In my 15 years of doing business I have never been accused of being rude or discourteous to anyone nor have I ever received a bad review. I guess its true you cant please everyone
