Heart and Soul Family Medicine

I never thought I'd be saying how much I love going to the doctor but Heart and Soul is an amazing place. We've been seeing Sara for years. We were so happy when she opened her own practice. Since when do you find medical care where the whole office feels like family to you? Not because you go there so often, but because they really get to know you and allow you to feel safe talking about why you came in the first place. Everyone is amazing; from Sara and Hilorie, Jill and Amanda, and the front office. I probably shouldn't post this review as this may make it harder to get an appointment in the future!!!

Love love LOVE all of the people in this clinic! They are all so kind and helpful in their area of expertise. The providers take time to explain and answer any questions. The assistants are so kind and friendly. And the front staff are very helpful with billing and scheduling and do their best to get you seen as fast as they can. You just can’t go wrong with this clinic! Love them all!

Every single person at Heart and Soul is so friendly and kind. We’ve been coming here for 2.5+ years and I will never go anywhere else. Hilorie is really the best and has helped me with so much. I’m so comforted to know that I can turn to them for any of my families needs and they never question me. They’re always so willing to help. Thanks for making us feel like family ♥ we love you guys!

I have had Sara Arrington as my health care provider for several years now. I always feel like I’m a “real” person to her and that she takes as much time with me as I need. Her office staff is always helpful and pleasant to deal with. I recommend her and her office to anyone that wants to have a great experience with them!

Heart and soul family medicine is The Best practice I have been to in my 8 years living in Utah. The entire staff is wonderful, friendly, caring and responsive. Hillorie Garside gives you her undivided attention and time during your appointments. She listens and works with you to resolve your issues. She works quickly to attend to your needs. Her assistant Amanda is the icing on the cake. Her follow through and care is exceptional. This staff treats you as if you were their own family. The professionalism from the front office to the back is unmatched. Cannot recommend this practice enough.

The staff has shown our family so much love! The office staff is helpful and kind when we have needed to call about things. Hilorie Garside, APRN, attended to our son's needs when he need her help the most! She went above and beyond caring for him and finding solutions to his medical needs. He will always be her patient because of the time she takes with him. She has build a trusting, strong relationships that can't be replaced. She put her heart into healing his soul. I can't give this office enough stars!

Hilorie Garside went above and beyond to help me through a life-threatening illness. She took the time to listen to me and provide care that was exceptional. She was patient with me as we worked through various problems that I was battling. Above all, she was concerned with how I was processing everything emotionally. I absolutely recommend Hilorie and I'm grateful for her and her staff!

We really love it here. Friendly and caring. Besides myself, I've taken my daughters in for checkups, and I appreciate the good questions Hilorie asks. She listens and asks further questions to understand. She helped one of my daughters through some health struggles, again really checking to make sure she understood the issues. Thank you!

Heart and Soul Family medicine does a great job providing care for my children and I. Hilorie Garside and Sarah Arrington are very knowledgeable and really care about you. I've seen both providers and they both do a phenomenal job at getting to the root of the problem. They can get you in quickly and have a telehealth option when the kids are sick. The staff is friendly and so kind. I highly recommend them.

Sara is one of the best providers I have ever seen. She is attentive and kind and always happy to answer (the many) questions I have at each appointment. When I have expressed concerns to her, she has always explained the answers and treatment options to me clearly and without being condescending. I recently had a concern with some lab tests and when I expressed these concerns, she came up with a solution to monitor my lab levels more closely to determine if there are deeper health concerns with these results instead of writing me of, as I've experienced with other providers in the past. Additionally, all of the other staff members, like the front desk workers and the MAs are very kind and welcoming.

Hilary and Sara are attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear explanations for the treatment plan.
