Best Buy

Went in, and within 20 mins, I had purchased my my new garage frig and by having the tech package, they delivered and hauled it away. Just don't get no better than that. It was super easy and I'm really happy I went to best buy.

Everything electronics and more. From computers to TVs, games to appliances, mobile phones to software, they seem to have it all.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices and service.

Great for must have items and to see what's new in consumer electronics. We have been loyal Best Buy customers for years and always enjoy shopping here.

Young professional, knowledgeable staff working in the customer service dept. Had my issue resolved in less than 5 min. A two week long running issue that started with UPS. Hassle free, they just get the job done!!

Great experience. I haven't been in a Best Buy in a long time. I was there about 5 minutes before they opened. The store opened right on time. I walked in and the gentleman at the door asked if he could help me find something. He took mt over to where the cables I need are at, and then walked me right to another employee who checked me out. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. It was a truly easy and happy experience. I highly suggest you give this location a try. I thought of getting the cables I need via Amazon, but figured I would try Best Buy to see if they had it in stock, so I wouldn't have to wait. Lo and behold, they had everything I needed, so there's no need to wait for delivery from Amazon. Great job, Best Buy!

They went above & beyond with my order! Something happened with my order at the Fredericksburg location so I had to change pickup, minutes before closing, to the Stafford location.
Literally arrived as they were locking the doors. I felt horrible. The employees were ALL so nice & helpful! Had my order ready & insisted on loading it as it was a large tv. BEST SERVICE EVER!!

Best Buy staff are wonderful. Kind, patient, knowledgeable. They will even research the information they’re not sure of. They make each visit pleasant.

I always enjoy shopping at Best Buy and I am happy that this company has been able to stay afloat during the pandemic! This particular store was very inviting. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible. No motorized carts or wheelchairs however. Sales Associate was knowledgeable and friendly. Available inventory.

Just purchased a set of headphones from this store and wanted to leave a review about my experience. Steven is the one that helped me, and I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable individual to answer specific questions about different headphones and on ear vs ear bud and which ones had bigger drivers and would be louder. So on and so forth. Walked out with a pair of headphones that exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. It’s rare to find someone that is this knowledgeable and able to offer suggestions so well. Thank you for the help! Couldn’t be happier.

So still new to the area and my daughters Nintendo switch died so we went to get a replacement since we all use it as a family. Had no idea of the layout so as I'm wandering through looking lost AF. One of the workers I wish I could remember his name dropped what he was doing and simply told me sir you look lost. Can I assist you? Sure enough showed me the game case dug the very last one they had in stock out the back sold me on extra controllers, not like we needed them but kids and dogs so something somewhere eventually is gonna break and ofcourse I bought warranty as well. Quickest $500 ever spent in best buy and can't be mad about it

Staff was very helpful. Had to pick up a DVD writer and player. They do need to keep more stock though. Not a lot of stuff out to see.

I’m only giving a 5 star review because of the great employees there that outshine one of the managers named Chasity. Just avoid her if you go to this Best Buy location. She tried telling me that I couldn’t get store credit for a TV that I had a gift receipt for… Chasity said the money would go back to the person who bought me the TV. Let me tell you that was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. However, Tracy the other better manager and another male employee, whose name I failed to get, turned it around for me. So thank you to those two individuals. Other than the one bad manager, this is one of the better Best Buy stores out there.

The experience we had with AJ, part of the Geek Squad was amazing with his customer service skills. I asked him alot of questions and he was never tired of it. After we were "done" with him, he lead us to Catrina to help us with our purchasing decisions. Catrina was also amazing but unfortunately we were starving so we left to go grab lunch. We try never to make a large purchase on an empty stomach. These is good chance we will return to this Best Buy. Thank you Best Buy for hiring good "help".

Had an amazing experience with Best Buy today. I had bought my wife all new kitchen appliances but, since I'm a man I picked the wrong fridge and microwave. So, we went back to swap them out and got Devin in Customer Service. He made everything so easy and really seemed to know his job. I don't know what they are paying that kid but it's definitely not enough. Then, Team Lead Chris came in for the managerial stuff and he was great, as well! Not only did they get my microwave swapped out quickly but the fridge I needed didn't exist so they found one the would work. Bad news, it was $300 more expensive. Good news, Chris covered the $300 as a courtesy. Then, as if they hadn't done enough, Devin refunded my money to a gift card and used that to pay for the new fridge so it wouldn't take days for me to get the original refund! Unbelievable service. It's honestly been years since I've had an experience in a big box store like that one. Merry Christmas guys!

This is always the first Best Buy I think of going to if I need to visit a Best Buy. The employees are always super friendly and patient. They don't make you feel stupid when you ask all those technical questions about an item that you don't know much about.The employees seem to know their stuff as well. I feel like they give you honest answers about products and prices. The store is always clean and neat when I go in there, and not that it is a big deal to me, but the employees also look cleanly dressed and put together as well! This location is on my top list!

Once again Best Buy provides fantastic service!!! My electronics got fried in a storm, Geek squad member checked my equipment and filled out paperwork to give to my insurance. Thank you!
