Love this place! They are affordable, friendly, always able to accommodate a walk-in, and give a great deep tissue massage.

Very nice. I was 15 minutes late and they were very accommodating! 60 min full body, was good. Will try 90 hot stone next time.

Great massage after a full week of double days in the gym. Sore muscles equal the two hour special.

Cheap and good, nothing to say wrong about this place

Went for a couples massage but for some reason we were put in different rooms. My wife and I both found our massages to be just okay.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the massage. Was very nice and I really like the masseuse. However, after changing my mind midway through the 30 mins and getting the full hour, the manager(?) Made me pay for two 30 mins massages, rather than an hour. I loved the massage, not the management.

Very rough massage. I have had 100’s and 100’s of massages and am super tough. I had to tell the lady to stop was too hard. She left me bruised have bruises all over.
When done o gave her 15$ tip for a 50$ massage which I thought was reasonable given it was a really horrible massage she had the nerve to say “most of my clients give me $20 and some 30$.
Seriously read the room. Really awful will not return.

Very small Place .It seemed like only ever one person work there.
My massage was interrupted 5 times by the phone or people walking in, the table was old and uncomfortable. She didn't give me a full hour she can cut 10-15 minutes of my time .I did not get relax at all . .I wont come back again !!!

Called them to make an appointment before purchasing a Groupon for $40 for a 60 mins full body massage. Woman on the phone had a rude tone but I looked past it and confirmed an appointment. When I asked out of courtesy if I should purchase the groupon or have them do price match, woman on the phone said I have to pay $50. I repeated that they had a groupon available for $40, but she said I must pay $50 which is “less” than their usual prize. Why was I bargaining for a service? At the end, she said she would charge me less if I paid in cash, which I didn’t have. She then told me the Groupon was for first time customers only (I have never been there before). This interaction was completely unprofessional. I can’t imagine what would have happened if I actually purchase the Groupon. Horrible customer service.

I booked an appointment for 11AM on a THURSDAY of all days. I walk in and stand there waiting as they talk and they come out as I tell them I’m there for an appointment. She goes “you’re late- we don’t have time” and i show the clock and say “it’s 11:02AM and I’ve been standing here” she then proceeds to say “sorry, we don’t have time”. What is the point of booking an appointment? I’m from San Jose and came to Pleasanton for a visit— Highly unprofessional on every level. Steer clear!
