What's not great to say about Big 5. I've been going for years, because they have one of the best shoe options available in Jackson. They have great shoe sales and multiple brands to choose from. They also have ammo, quality sports and camping items. Staff is always willing to help and search for anything you need!

A good place to shop for the sporting good needs especially the special ones. Like basketball shorts that have zipper pockets or go zero gravity lounge chairs to take to the beach lake or even your own backyard recently bought a wagon with large all-terrain wheels on it so we can carry our supplies down to the lake and not have to make 20 different trips quality at a reasonable price that's Big 5 maybe I should mention my grandson works there

We came to buy shoes. The man in that department was very kind and helpful. He went to the back to retrieve shoes several times and did so with a smile each time. The entire staff was very friendly and we appreciate the kind treatment.

Store was very clean, well stocked and the staff plentiful and friendly. Prices are always good, and their specials really make it great, if your patient to wait till the sale gets to whatever product your looking for.

I love this store it's the very best. They have alot of diff stuff inside this place so it makes it a pretty great store to shop at.

Alicia in shoes was very helpful! She was a cashier but filled in for a co worker who was missing. She did an outstanding job as a shoe retriever.

The assistant manager Robert was super nice with us, since we didnt know much about fishing over eldorado, he give us some good advice and good places to go ! Very good service , go see Robert, if you dont know something he's your men for sure !!

Big 5 Rocks! Great deals every time I go in there, excellent customer service and.. and the only place in town you can get "EcoSox"made of Bamboo they're so comfortable and are very durable.
