So awesome showed up 30 minutes early got the job done beautifully. We needed our 3 shaggy carpet area rugs cleaned before our infant arrives. They look brand new and smell great. I hovered a bit and just seen all kinds of dirt and grime from the last few years get pulled out. Bob was polite and very friendly. It's nice to have quality and honest service men. Helped bring the carpets in for me as I am 37 weeks pregnant right now. Definitely will call again when we want our rugs cleaned cause with 2 construction workers, an 8 year old son, a cat, a dog, myself and a newborn coming we will need services sooner than later haha. Oh he also cleaned my king charles cavaliers dog bed real quick as a bonus which was highly needed as our boy is old and smelly at 9 years old. Absolutely beautiful. Thanks Bob!!

Wish there was a 7 Star review for Bob for his exceptional Quality and Value. I found KB Carpet Cleaners while looking for help to recover from a water flood event needing water mitigation in my living-room, bedroom, kitchen & dining-room. And Allstate Insurance hadn't responded in 3 days. My flood happened 3am on Thursday 2-15-24.

Bob took to my call on Saturday night 2-18-24 & was at my home first thing Sunday morning. And he brought the right kinds of equipment to keep my house from turning into a moldy mess.

MORE IMPORTANTLY. Bob spent time with me to explain the necessary steps I was facing in a major flood event which effected 4 rooms in my house.

Because of Bob's educating me on his 2nd 2-20-24 visit I was able to visualize how badly AllState Insurance was in handling my claim after Allstate had taken 5+ days to show up.

On his 3rd visit 3-22-24 Bob taught me how to confront Allstate with proper pictures & and explain myself to the Claim Adjuster in such a way that it forced Allstate to have their "preferred-vendor" water mediation return in a matter of hours to fix water containment & make the dehumidifiers work properly to expedite my restoration. [this ensures mold is defeated]

FURTHERMORE Bob spent some time to teach me how to handle the coming stages of restoration. Bob made sure he left his equipment [3 fans] longer than expected while AllState "fumbled the ball" with their corporatized protocalls & red tape which has delayed me having the proper fans to mitigate this process even after 7 days [the preferred mitigator needs permission]. Thank God I had Bob's help. Without Bob's help mold would have likely set in.
BOB Saved My butt.
BOB Saved AllState Insurance's butt as well. As I'm alergic to mold and AllState's failure would was likely going to cause a lengthy and costly courtroom fight after AllState Insurance failed to properly address this problem even after complaining daily on the phone for a week.
Allstate also owes some gratitude to Bob and KB Carpets.

Needless to say from now on KB Carpets is my first phone call for water mitigation & carpet cleaning. And I would highly suggest you do the same.

Also, BEWARE of other companies which quoted me $2,500 to $4,000 for their first day water mitigation without even laying eyes on my home or the needed water mitigation.
... Bob quoted me $250 for the first visit and will certainly be far less than their quotes after equipment rentals and a 4th visit. Bob's integrity is amazing. THANK YOU BOB.

KB gave me a competitive quote, and then was able to accommodate my schedule for carpet cleaning. Bob showed up right on time, and was very efficient getting to work after letting me know the process. Carpets look great! I shouldn't have waited so long. It is so satisfactory to have those awful stains gone. Bob even gave me hints how to spot clean in the future. Super nice and professional!

KB did an amazing job cleaning my carpets! The carpet looks brand new, as if I had had them entirely replaced. Carpets look entirely restored and refreshed! He came and cleaned the whole house's carpets in just under two hours, and the carpets dried up in just 3 hours! I had guests coming that evening so everything was polished and tidy just in time. The service we received was excellent! KB is an extremely professional technician and does amazing work. KB Carpet Cleaners are GREAT! We had some pretty bad "doggy smells" in our house that we could not stand. KB came in, and made our house look and smell great!! They were substantially less $$ than other carpet cleaning companies, and they did a better job than the other guys.. I would highly recommend KB. Fast, professional and fairly priced!

We called Ken in a panic on short notice when ChemDry couldn't clean our carpets as a dinner party approached. Ken not only moved his entire schedule around to accommodate us, but we were astonished at how clean our carpets were when he finished. Ken and his long-term staff clean carpets the way they were designed to be cleaned: the old-fashioned way, shampooing to remove deep down dirt that ChemDry hadn't gotten out of our carpets in 10 years! My wife was beyond thrilled, and our "accidental" find of KB has turned into repeat customer loyalty...we are having them back this week to do some bedrooms (we now see all the dirt we've been living with and want KB to remove it!). Be prepared to give a few extra hours for your carpets to dry (these aren't chemicals that evaporate), but it is SO worth it. After KB cleans them, carpets look as new as the day they were installed. Hi I would like to share my experience with KB Carpet Cleaners. I have been calling numerous carpet cleaning companies for the past few days, and with not one answering their phone or responding to a voicemail i was starting to lose hope. Finally on friday i found KB and gave them a call explained the situation to them. I had spilt red cherry nyquil on my light colored carpet, and had tried a bissell pro heat cleaner on it with no luck. KB came out early on Sat morning and removed the stain completely in about 10 minutes as well as cleaning the entire room to a brand new look.
