I have used American Plumbing two times in the past few years. Kevin was great and came and installed a water line in my garage for an ice maker. Today Randall came and fixed 3 bathroom sink handles, and replaced a drainage hose on my dishwasher. The company has been great and the technicians they have sent have been great. On time, efficient and very professional.

After our water heater failed over the weekend, I couldn’t think of a better company to call to get it replaced.
The service technician (Zeek) arrived within the service time. He was friendly and courteous.
He was well informed about the new heater he installed.

When our house developed a problem with hot water flow in one bathroom that I couldn't figure out I called American Plumbing based on previous good experience. Josh showed up within a few hours and after a bit of troubleshooting soon had everything working properly again. I was impressed with the response time and with how quickly Josh identified and corrected the problem.

We had a situation with a faucet that while not an emergency, it was urgent that it be repaired. I called American Plumbing around 10:00am and was informed that a technician would be at our house between 1-3 the same day, and was asked if that was okay. I said yes, that would be great! At around 1:20, I received a phone call from their office advising that the technician was on his way. The technician was professional and knowledgeable about the problem, and he explained how and why the situation happened, as well as how he repaired it, and what I can do to prevent excessive loss of water should the problem happen again to another faucet. In general, he explained everything in detail and so that I’d understand, and without making me feel stupid for asking a question. Everyone I spoke to at American Plumbing was helpful and friendly, and the experience was calming and very impressive. Plus, the cost of the repair was quite reasonable, especially with the urgency of the matter. I highly recommend American Plumbing!!!

We had a leak that we thought was going to be a nightmare. We must have called six or seven different people to come out to look at the leak. It was bad enough that I had to shut the water off. I called and got a nice dispatcher and not even five minutes later I got a call from Rob. He was at our house within 30 minutes and had fixed the leak in under an hour! Very professional and QUICK!

I was referred to American Plumbing by Whirlpool Corporation to have a recall repair work done on my homes water heater! They responded very quickly, which was appreciated because the Water heater's burner no longer work, so no hot water for the house. A technician showed up early the next morning, and the repair was finished within a hour. Judging by the example of courtesy and Professionalism for this repair, I would definitely reccomend American Plumbing to others.

In the last 2 years I have had rather serious plumbing problems. I called 2 or 3 plumbers in the Brentwood area, and the soonest anyone could get to my house was 2 days. In both instances, I called American Plumbing and they were able to come out the same day. And in both cases they arrived earlier than promised, fixed the problem in a very professional manner, and the cost was less than I expected both times. I highly recommend American Plumbing.

These guys are quality we had a blockage in our back yard drains and had 2 other company's come out no one could handle it .then we called American and these guys were so friendly the tech josh was very professional and cleared the line at a very reasonable price .I will use american again and recommend them to everyone

Zeek took care of a clogged drain 11 days ago. Vedal took care of a busted toilet today. The prices were reasonable. There was no upsell and no BS. They just did their job. I couldn't be happier.

Great service amazing work. Ask for Josh he did great work. Job was also done on time even though he had to fight with the high vaulted ceiling.

My go too everytime!!! Sometimes they are a little higher, Sometimes they are lower than other companies estimates however their Techs get the job done correctly , professionally and timely the 1st time.
